Robawtninja Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 Honestly I was just glad I didn't lose to one of the 90% Scorpion/Sub-Zero scrubs, which I'm pretty sure was what you had to handle. We actually had a fun match. Still mad about the statue though.

Chumaralupa Posted April 19, 2011 Author Posted April 19, 2011 The scorpion I played was the one who Armando had to fight in the grand finals, I wouldn't really call it a Scorp scrub as he was doing combos on me whereas I couldn't do the same to him. I think I did pretty well against him though considering. I'm trying to ignore this vice versa feeling I have with MK9 compared to MvC3, I was incredibly excited to play MvC3 until it came out and then I got bored of it, whereas I thought MK9 was the worst fighting game I've seen in awhile but I actually enjoyed it. If at least 2 people I know pick it up I might just do it as well. UNLESS VINCE PLAYS ERMAC.

Anyone that causes a decent amount of blockstun would probably let you do it. Ruben: adv guarding Round Harvest only pushes back Trish, which is circumvented by tagging in another character. You also can't adv guard assists. Thus his setup is Round Harvest, tag into Viper and charge unblockable and call Ironman assist to keep them in blockstun. The only ways out I can think of are alpha counter or XF into something invulnerable. Edited April 19, 2011 by Ryuuka
