All the connections I tried with a multimeter seem fine which means the IC might have burnt out but I can't really test that. Nick, what was the problem with the board I gave you, which you eventually gave to Vince? Maybe it's a similar problem, it's possible that some dust created a short but I can't find anything wrong with it. I seriously don't want to have to buy ANOTHER board and solder that horrible PS2 wire back onto it.

Well the two I have right now are soldered fine, I know that first one had some..... issues..... I guess I'll quadruple check for any stray wire crossings.
