Shoutouts to Ray for showing us his hidden power level in UNIEL, clearly I need to figure out exactly what Hyde's options are. Thanks for putting this together again Kevin and Ryan, it's great that you guys are still willing to put in the effort for this, I'm clearly too old and lazy now. I appreciate the cupcakes and cookies, I had a couple but I had eaten so much sugar recently that I didn't want to eat too much more. Nion, you should put some real work into UNIEL, it's somehow survived with us this long, and with the update on the horizon, I don't think it'll be going anywhere soon. That is unless French Bread take a year to put the damn game on a console again. I think I have an idea of a few things I need to practice in Xrd and UNIEL for the next ranbat, so hopefully I can get further in both.

Dipstick Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 Thanks to everyone who came out, and especially to all of the suckers who entered the Melty side tournament. How in the hell is this game not dead? Games don't die when they are killed, games die when they randomly crash due to having no sound output. Results: 1) H-F Blade 2) Tempered 3) Ryd 4) Ray 5) Dipstick 5) Orrax 7) Chumaralupa 7) Bearell 9) Ryuuka And Mario Kart 8 results, because we somehow ended up playing that: 1) Dipstick 2) Orrax 9,001) H-F Blade Finally, a game H-F doesn't win! I nominate Tempered and Orrax to run GGAC+R at the next ranbat. I can provide a setup for it. I also want to run AH3:LM (if only to make H-F feel better) and DBFC (as I think people would enter this?) at some point. Someone also needs to step up and run BBCPEX. I don't think Gundam EXVSFB or Aquapazza ( ) are happening, though.
Orrax Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 GGs to everyone yesterday, and thanks to Kevin, Ryan, Dippy, and everyone who ran things and helped out. Congrats to Rath for winning Persona, and to HF for winning everything else. I tried to stop HF, I really did. It turns out the only one who could stop HF that day was the computer in Mario Kart. And yeah, I'd be down to run +R next time, but we'd need to come up with some sort of schedule. I think a main game and a side tournament is doable, but I don't think we have time for everything. So, if we run, say, DFC during Persona, +R during UNIEL, and then Melty during Xrd, I think that could work.

I was originally concerned with there being too much crossover between the games, but it turned out to not matter either way. I do also want to run either DBFC or AH3:LM, but I'm not sure when to do that. I don't want to run a side tournament during P4AU, since a lot of people aren't there at the start of P4AU.
