  1. Got bored and just drafted this Susano'o recolor up if anyone wants it. There was no real design base, I just kinda winged it.
  2. My world, why does this color not actually exist in game. I didn't know I needed this in my life until now.
  3. Hey, this means more players on multiple consoles. Good stuff.
  4. Copy and paste the links. Clicking on it did that to me too, but copy-pasting it worked.
  5. You are a scholar and a saint. Thank you for all the edits you and everyone else do.
  6. Is it possible to get Susano'o's color 13 select portrait or Mai's Raven color select portrait? Thanks for taking the time to at least read this.
  7. Hey there Dustloop, long time no see! So, big things going down in AZ. Come November 1st, there's going to be an event by the name of Rewired. There'll be a multitude of games, with one of the main games being Guilty Gear. EVO just got done with, but if you're able it'd be great to see folks come on out and get stomped by Arizona... I mean support the game that we all enjoy. Yeah, that's what I meant to say. More information can be found here: https://www.rewiredaz.com/ Also, if you register, you get a bitching custom badge with an image of your choice on it. Hope to see you folks there!
  8. Would you say handling Jam would be kind of like handling Chipp in regards to her speed?
  9. I'd say tenative numbers, at least to me, would be: Johnny 6-4 Bedman Jack-O 5-5 Bedman Jam ?-? Bedman (Haven't experienced too much of this MU) Reasons for Johnny: Some of his strings, especially if they are IB'ed or if they end with either Glitter is Gold or Level 1-2 Mist Finer can be dashed through, providing an opportunity to either escape pressure or punish. The reason I didn't put it as 5-5 is because Johnny has surprising range on a handful of normals that can threaten Bedman in the mid-range and Mist Finer can easily snipe Bedman from a distance (say during a DJV activation) at levels 2-3 if one isn't wary of it. Reasons for Jack-O: They play differently, but they're both still setplay at their core. Whoever can get and keep the momentum wins this match. Minions are a pain in the ass since they can interrupt blockstrings, but J.Task A, DJV A/B can help take care of houses or hit the minions themselves so long as the barrier isn't up. Also remember, that if a house is destroyed, all the corresponding minions die with it. Alternatively, opening up Jack-O or sniping her with something like 1/2/3HS for example will kill all minions on screen. Haven't played, practiced, or seen enough with Jam to get a beat on her in this matchup.
  10. Just read it and I'm amused. I vote we keep it as. :p
  11. Has Azrael's Act II been done yet? He seems like a really big player in all of this akin to Relius. He's just been doing what he pleases and doesn't give a damn about anything going on, but I imagine there's more to it than that in his Act II story.
  12. Thanks for the translation Zedar. I'd go and translate the videos I posted earlier myself, but can't. I'll at the very least stitch some videos together again if someone plays arcade mode. :x From what i've seen of the Act III trailer, it seems Kagura can't fathom killing Noel. Jin on the other hand... Also, it's looking like Azrael just has free reign inside the Embryo now. While it doesn't seem like he can bend the rules of the world like Relius can with his magic, Azrael doesn't seem the least bit hindered in comparison to much of the cast. Azrael's Act II hasn't been translated yet, but it seems that he's made a pact of some sort with Izanami based on the Act II teaser translation. Seeing as how he values nothing but violence, maybe the pact was to be her personal blood knight?
  13. Duly noted. I need my YT so that's a no go. :X Ok, my posted stuff is on DM under "asdestroyer". Azrael and Ragna are done. Edit: Kagura is up now. I don't know Japanese very well, so I have to leave it in your very capable hands. I'll keep the raw video files on hand for a bit, so if they're needed just ask.
  14. Ahh, noted. First time i've been able to contribute, so I didn't know the ins and outs. Any recommended site to upload it at? I imagine YT would still work? Oh, and this is probably Jin's or Noel's. Kagura's ending is different.
  15. I'm in the middle of editing Azrael, Kagura, and Ragna's Act 2 cutscenes and will be posting them here shortly. All the Act 2 arcade modes I keep finding are either just screens or short clips of a single part. I'll just edit this post once I get them uplodaded so that I don't take up too much space.
  16. Considering all our thoughts in this, how does this look? http://goo.gl/ddPidz How do the hypotheticals with Jack-O and Johnny look to you folks? I think Jam v Bedman might be even based on how she operates in Reload. Even with the ability to do cardless rekkas, I don't honestly see her as that big a threat outside her movement.
  17. Explanation as to why? Edit: Since this is a community agreed on MU list we're putting together, I have no issue switching it. I just want some reasoning before going and touching stuff so we can all be on the same page.
  18. I can see what you mean. So, how about this? http://goo.gl/VfFjO6
  19. Elphelt: After thinking it through and watching a few more videos, I can actually agree with that. Not a good matchup, but even at best. May: I find May to be like Bedman in play, but she can fill the screen with her stuff far easier and at a far faster rate. She gets better confirms off of stray dolphins and beach balls, and Bedman's larger frame and weight makes him susceptible to both her larger normals and get him hit by Potemkin-like combos. Going in on May is a test of patience since dolphins and ball take up a lot of space due to Bedman's size and lack of the usual airdash. Chipp: You aren't wrong, Chipp is a fly. If you swat him out of the air, he dies pretty quickly. Primary issue in that is the fact that it can be so difficult to do that. While his pressure isn't stifling, all of his buttons not only beat Bedman's, but his extreme speed makes it so that if you whiff even the simplest of moves, Chipp can normally run up and punish you for it. Should Chipp feel like running away as well, Bedman doesn't have the mobility to catch him. His speed and safer buttons make this matchup a problem and a hassle to deal with. Also, screw Zansei Rouga. Sin: I did the same thing as Elphelt and took some more time to learn what he does and watch some more videos of the match. I actually agree, I just think I extremely hate CH beak driver and was a bit biased. He's pretty easy to zone out, but I wouldn't put him up with Sol and friends since his mobility is pretty decent and Beak Driver is a threat at any time since it eats projectiles. Millia: I hate this woman. I spent most of the morning and some of the time typing this to actually learn what she does. While she doesn't have the farthest range, her speed and ability to set up her game anywhere on screen makes me feel that this is far from being in Bedman's favor. Bedman not having a DP to disrespect her pressure makes this an issue to. Where other characters can exploit holes that some Millias have, Bedman has no such reliable option outside of Sinusoidal Helios. Even then, that's a risk in itself since it's not projectile invincible. If Tandem Top (Hula Hoop) is on Bedman and Sinusoidal Helios decides not to eat it, Bedman gets hit and gets comboed.
  20. Added some clarification on the chart for simpler viewing (IE: clarified where the good matchups are). http://goo.gl/v260ic This is a general breakdown: All the ones above 5-5: These are all characters that Bedman has a simple time with due to their linear, exploitable gameplay, low movement or ability to easily zone out. Poor Potemkin fits all 3 of those. vs Potemkin 7-3 vs Slayer, Sol, Leo 6-4 All 5-5: Whoever gets their game going first and doesn't give up their "turn" wins. vs Sin, Ky, Ramlethal, Elphelt, Jack-O(Assumed) 5-5 Below 5-5: These are the characters whose combination of high mobility, range, better buttons, or even more stifling pressure kills Bedman outright vs I-No, Faust, Axl, Faust, Johnny (Assumed) 4-6 vs Venom, May, Chipp, Millia, Zato 3-7 I'll break down my specific character thoughts on request.
  21. Bedman players who have been playing this character for a while, I'd like your opinion. Since there are so few Bedman players it's really difficult to gauge his MUs. This is even more apparent when you realize that there are so few Bedman players and there aren't very many archives to work with since Bedman rarely appears on stream. To this end, I just want to see if we could come up with an agreed Bedman MU tierlist between us all.Im sure for some matchups you're going to be questioned and refuted, so you better be ready to defend you selections.Example: http://goo.gl/bLU3WGThe ones placed on the side are what I assume the matchups are, but I don't know enough to fully back it yet.Discuss. Any questions on my version and I'll answer it.
  22. I understand that some folks hate Facebook. Alternatively, I also understand that some people despise Dustloop. To give as many people as many ways to find out about what's going on in the world of the games labeled as "Airdashers", I've went ahead and opened up a page specifically for that branch of fighting game style. Feel free to hop on, but seeing as how this was literally thrown together within the past 10 minutes and nobody has joined yet, it's still a bit of a WIP. That said, have at it folks. Don't worry though. I'm still gonna be around to pester you. Edit: Here's the link by the way. forgot to post it. https://www.facebook.com/groups/AZAirdash/
  23. From what i've seen, she's pretty good. You dont need meter to convert off her throw anymore, her new 5HS vacuums, you don't need cards to do her rekkas, and carded rekkas give all the combo potential in the world. I'm thinking they might just be trying to compare her to her AC version too much in their opinion of calling her current version not as good. I would think that the new roman system is a boon for her like it is for nearly everyone else in the cast.
  24. For real though, Jam is looking interesting. It makes me wonder why people keep saying she doesn't look as good as she did in previous iterations. Must be the frame data.
