Considering their hatred for loops, probably. Also- she's not worse than CS... but not a huge amount better.

her corner rape got better, at least.

l needed j.2c, but... l can use j.a too l guess.

she looks pretty bad still though...

For the console the update is going to be a free update right? Does anyone know if we're getting it before new years on the console?

But if we have heat then... there's not much we can do unless we're in a corner =-/

changing 5CC has to be the worst idea yet. It's not fun if we HAVE to play her in the corner.

I just don't know if I like the method we have to use to send them to the corner. (6b) 6CD will cost us a lot in wind. Don't forget our wind could possibly generate slower depending on how you play her ><

Hey, 5CC winds itself so 5B > 6B > 6CD > j.C > 5B > 5CC is a 1 wind Bnb :V

Is that even confirmed? I don't see anywhere in the patch notes saying 5CC auto winds itself. Only that it got a sliding effect. Unless I'm going horribly blind.

akys is trying the make her a corner char, but the problem is theyre emphasizing it WAY too much, just like they did zoning in cs. pretty much if theyre not in the corner this is still cs rachel. and we dont even know how good it is yet or how george works (though ill admit even in cs rachel's corner rape was still really solid).

hopefully though 5cc does auto wind...

But seriously guys 6A being good again is already a bigass buff.

And remember everyone else was toned down

Since Tempest Dahlia can be linked from 5B now, maybe we could do something like 5B > 6B > 6CD > j.C > 5B > lvl3 Tempest Dahlia > dash 5B > air combo.

Anyway, I'm sure some new midscreen BnB will be figured out.

Since we're on theory combos, I see something like this being possible as a mid-screen to corner combo:

5b>6b>6cd>j.c>5b>5c(d?)c>dash>3c>5cc>3c>frog/pumpkin>start the corner rape

As long as we don't know how much frames 5cc actually slides the opponent, it's pretty hard to do any sort of theorycrafting. We still don't even know if an air-hit 5cc still wall-bounces or not.

Personally I'm pretty excited about all these changes, Arcsys seems to be making my corner-trap queen wish come true, with actual strong tools to force the opponent into a corner. Anyone know if 6c forces standing on block too?

dosent matter much considering we have plenty of hitconfirm due to buffed 6b.

Yes it matters, it would mean that even if blocked, you'd be able to 6c the opponent towards the corner while staying safe. Although, if the opponent stays crouched, I wonder if it's possible to replace j.c with j.2c to continue the pressing.
