The blog listed it as an update, sorry. And agreed, j.2c. <3 From the kanji used for it, I think it means it's an overhead. Not 100% sure, but the kanji used for "high" corresponded with the kanji for "low" and "mid". Or at least... that's how I read someone's translation. That's weird to label that as a nerf then. Maybe a mistake?

Since she's been buffed quite a bit they've decided to nerf her safer blockstring ender. Though ln CT if you ended a blockstring with a lobelia, many chars could punish. Hopefully it's not that slow again..

K2 Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 (edited) i will say she is mid low, remeber, rachel was no low tier in CS, she was trash tier dmg only slightly increase, all her change are based on CH ( such as 6a, 6b, tempest dalia 50% tension =\), which mean u got to use it wisely she doesn't have anything spamable for attack, so u still got to work ur way, her normal is still pretty shitty as offense but once she gets a kd she becomes high tier frog reset, pumpkin, 5b>2b, j2c along with higher dmg she can allow her to catch up. but wind is alot slower, so when u miss that change and if someone blocks everything, u have nth wind regen slower so u will suffer. u have no reserval and no wind to run, all u have is cat chair, if u whiff cat chair , insert token for next game, i genrentee you a FC combo. so you can;t abuse rachel if u like american style rush down. unsanctifier Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 How I get it is: George still has his own HP. When he dies, a chunk is removed from the gauge. When you resummon/summon george, another chunk is removed.

I mean, it makes sense for j.A to become an overhead again, and j.2C becoming mid was their way of not making it abuse-able. And like Polka said, it'll still make a fine cross-up. And more to my personal liking, you can now fish for level 2 hits and NOT be vulnerable if it's blocked. Oh, and as for George, I also figured it was saying that he'd work kind of like Nirvana. He takes a hit, his meter goes down. When it's empty, he dies, and then it starts refilling. And once it's refilled, he'll be ready to use again.

tofurr Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 j.A seems more useful as an overhead over j.2C. That's just me though. And that was my thought on George too, Jason. Except to add onto it, you can resummon him as much as you want, it'll just take a small chunk out of the George meter.
