WipEouT Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 Hey! Been playing BB for a while and I'm having trouble finding some players to play with for BB. Since Gameworks in Seattle, WA got rid of the BB machine over there (BBCT), I have been deprived and looking for some local game nights. I'm a causal player who doesn't mind getting my ass kicked by a player who plays better than me, after all I play for fun. Real Name: Justin Lee Location: Auburn, WA GG Characters: None BB Characters: MBAA: None Other Games: Just about anything, willing to give a try at new games I haven't played yet.
Tae Seong Kim Posted January 8, 2012 Author Posted January 8, 2012 Hello newcomer! You can join us for some BBCSEX or Gundam Extreme VS if interested. Come chat with us first on our irc channel to get more details.
Tari Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 If there's gundam sidetourney at evo, i'm going. I'm even worse at BB, now, lol. I just play Gundam all the time.
Osuna Posted January 9, 2012 Posted January 9, 2012 So who is planning on attending Evo despite Blazblue not being there? This information is relevant to my interests. I might only get to go to Evo once in my life for various reasons, so depending on who doesn't go over this I might as well wait another year.
Kuuhaku Posted January 11, 2012 Posted January 11, 2012 I know I've been out of the loop lately, so I decided to catch up on stuff and Northwest Majors, Seattle, WA May 26th caught my eye. What, really?
huey253 Posted January 11, 2012 Posted January 11, 2012 there are two Northwest Majors a year i think
RoflCat Posted January 12, 2012 Posted January 12, 2012 ' 3' btw, around next week I'll have a chance to visit Japan for one night, just felt like telling people. Is BB:CSEx region locked? If not I might attempt to grab a copy back.
Yggjrasil Posted January 12, 2012 Posted January 12, 2012 might have to take another trip to PNW for some intense training if I'm welcome too. :3

Kuuhaku Posted January 12, 2012 Posted January 12, 2012 You could probably bring a casual setup for Gundam. I doubt they'd take it as a main game though.
Tari Posted January 12, 2012 Posted January 12, 2012 They 100% wouldn't. You'd need 4 PS3s, a bunch of ethernet cables, a hub, etc. lol.
Fighter's Arena Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Since I heard the scene wanted to get more people interested give your try at the Thursday meet ups @ GameClucks at the new place in the H-Mart plaza (Alderwood). We'd like to have BB/GG back around like how me and Cam tried doing earlier back. I know you amigos are out there.
Tae Seong Kim Posted January 15, 2012 Author Posted January 15, 2012 SNOOOOOOWWWWWW! And Happy Belated Birthday Won!
Kuuhaku Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 Since I heard the scene wanted to get more people interested give your try at the Thursday meet ups @ GameClucks at the new place in the H-Mart plaza (Alderwood). We'd like to have BB/GG back around like how me and Cam tried doing earlier back. I know you amigos are out there. We'd love to, but the problem for a lot of us is the location. It's over an hour drive for most of us each way. Maybe something like a monthly would be viable... but I can't imagine more than that.
RavenOmni Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 We'd love to, but the problem for a lot of us is the location. It's over an hour drive for most of us each way. Maybe something like a monthly would be viable... but I can't imagine more than that. It was promising at first but we stopped doing it after the second one due to no one showing up or responding and never heard anything about it again so we dropped it. If we actually know people will show for it then sure but that was becoming the problem, we didn't know who was coming or if anyone was at all.
logichole Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 The transportation question is really the sticking point, I think. A big chunk of the scene is way south of there. I'm in Redmond, and I'm one of the *closer* ones!
