It all looks pretty standard, we'll have ample room and ample table setups, I have seen pictures of the place and are planning accordingly. I'd bring an extension cord and other assorted power equipment just in case.

Just in case people are unaware, I cannot stream ps2 games on my setup. I simply do not know how. Ps3 games are okay though, so when the switch happens, the viewers will have to go to an entirely different stream aka Magz's stream.

Not asking you to do any of the SD stream, I'm just wondering how that works. The Hauppauge HDPVR has composite/s-video-in in front & the Black Magic Intensity has an analog input adaptor that it should come with.

Set-up and opening hours will be approximately 12-1PM rather than 10 or 11 AM, and end around 11PM. In other words, the building will not be open until the afternoon.

Tournaments will be started and set at the given times, in preparation for the March event, PLEASE SHOW UP ON TIME.

What time are the tournaments actually starting? There's only streaming and set up times on the first post

Brackets are pretty easy to run when you have 3 or 4 people running around making sure everyone is playing and reporting. Making them is another thing...I'd actually consider running some of these if I knew how to make the damn Brackets :3

Times updated. Koogy will not be making it to this event for Brokentier, but in March.

Unless he really feels like going, because Koogy will go where Koogy pleases.

All I'm hearing is excuses :3

No, you see, I am begging to get my stuff back!

And you are begging to learn how to make brackets! We can accomplish both in January :3

On the same note, what time should me and Sean come to setup?

And I'd never though I'd say this, but THANKS BATMAN.

 No problem just saving the day :). Everything should be good there are plenty of places in the room to plug into the internet so it should be good for streaming. Also only small little down side is that we have to end at 10:30pm instead of 11pm. But everything else is solid. Also as a back up we can bring a laptop that can run a bracket for a tourny if need be.

Given that we need to close up at 10:30PM, I'm going to be a bit stricter about enforcing when the tournament times are. I'm starting them at exactly the designated times, so please, if you want to get casuals in or warm up, get there early or show up on time!

Watch Batman's work be for naught as Nor Cal fails to show up on time and no tournament, even MB, can finish on time XD

I agree that we need to start on time, even if it means we only end up with 8 people in BB :P

I've tried using the ps2 a bit to see how it would work, but I got no luck on it, but this was awhile ago. I guess I could figure it out after NCI with you and the crew, but for now, I think it's safest to leave my stream on its default settings. Anytime I do some sort of transfer from one place to another or from one system to another, there's just a chance something might go wrong.

As for everything else, all I need to do now is borrow the IPW account from haunts for a day, and then I'm done.

NCI poster is in the making, I have an overlay I could use, but I got another one in the making from a friend. I got a webcam on the way from Amazon, although we might not have it on time for NCI (I don't consider that important for streams though, but it would be nice to let the stream know what the players look like and the venue, too).

I got the contacts page photoshopped. I got all the logos from our sponsors. I think I'm pretty set to go. Just need to arrive to the nci venue early with Rin and test everything out.

Yup, we're going to have to be out of the room by 10:30 so it makes sense that we would start earlier.
