OK, so I use 6B, its blocked, I jump back, I now have to find a way to get my opponent back into pressure.

So basically this is the same situation as 6D -> j.D with Ragna

Noels 6B isn't a really slow overhead nor is it bad...yes its slow but thats a lot of peoples overheads.

Now luna's problem is he easily gets poked out of it and the reason why is because noel has one of most easily notable overheads in the game. Which you can also count as arakune's which is 23F and its even on block AND it can be jump canceled on block making it more difficult to punish than it should be, let me put it this way your not gonna punish ara's 6A after blocking unless he commits to something meaning he was being dumb.

Now -4 is safe under normal circumstances, think about it, when you blocked a hells fang can ragna do anything afterwards? he can block, he can backdash, he can poke, he can DP, and he can do the follow up which puts him in a shitty spot but its not about that.

Now why is Luna complaining about 6B? well its simple:

Once 6B comes out noel has to get risky or block, she can try to continue pressure but she will trade with most peoples A pokes AND she doesn't have a real scare tactic from it...No one respects noel.

Except that Ragna has good normals, and no real need to cancel his pressure. Ragna never needs to use 6D, and I don't know who said anything about that in the first place. What can Ragna do after his overhead is blocked hmm?
