(this is just me, not everyone can complain about this) The sparkle particles emitting off the lipstick... Can't you give those an outer glow effect so they don't look like their in the way of the picture? Don't be offended by this comment, I'm just saying... Put the layer over all the other layers, and give it an outer glow effect. It can work.
