If I'm not, then would you mind giving me some at Frubble, I'd like to hand some of them out to my local Gamestops since I know some of the people who work there.

Ichipoo Posted April 13, 2012 Posted April 13, 2012 So I'm at Xcele's house right now warming up and it seems like he's bringing along even more of our friends, but the thing is, we're only going to be having at the very least two new people including Xcele and one of our friends, the rest are just there to watch lol. Is that okay with you guys? And Xcele MIGHT bring his PS3, but he doesn't have a monitor, now he wants to know how many extra monitors does Frubble have.

Can everyone check their stuff at some point and make sure they don't have an extra of that? Otherwise i just have to kind of hope it's at Frubble next time I'm there.

We're growing really fast from pretty much nothing, and thats amazing. We should all be proud. Also I am pretty happy that we had all of our setups running Blazblue by the end. I'll get in touch with Jinx and see if we can get some Melty action going in the coming weeks. Since its a game most of us have played or have an interest in, I think it would be a perfect addition. So far as I know, we're still expected to show up to the Box Arena on Tuesdays to showcase BB and Skullgirls, so any of you guys who can make it Tuesday night should come. I had a great night guys, lets keep it up. EDIT: Oh and shoutouts to Dana, I'm glad you had a good time. Don't worry, we'll teach you how to use chopsticks eventually. Friday I might not be able to come to, but I'll post as I figure that out.
Wild Wallice Posted April 16, 2012 Posted April 16, 2012 Alright guys, I've got an update on the Tuesday situation: 1. That spot by the pinball machines is our corner now. We are welcome to show up every Tuesday. I know some of you were wondering if last time was a once off thing or not and Frank confirmed for me that it wasn't. So any of you who can make it there on Tuesday nights, please do. Most of us have obligations on that night though so its no big deal. 2. There is a Skullgirls tourney happening this Tuesday and we're the ones running it. I told Frank we can get at least 3 people there and playing (Glod, Shtkn, and I) and he said that was just fine. The SG tourney will be taking place right off the bat so anyone who is interested in coming should get there no later than 7:30. Glod, I'd be happy to continue to give you rides to these things as long as you need them. I'll be bringing a friend who doesn't post here on Tuesday as well. So to fill the last seat in my car, Watermelonz please let me know if you can go tomorrow. I've been told to familiarize myself with the TIO tournament organizer software, so thats pretty much what I'll spend the rest of tonight doing. Alright guys, get hype for tomorrow night.

Anyway I think I can make it Friday, and I'll see if two of my friends can make it out as well. They said that they're interested in coming back and getting better, but they can't make it every Friday. Also, I don't think I can hang at CO for some games until summer break starts for me.

glod Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 I hope so too! The current plan is to run one BB setup and two skullgirls setups again, and me and wallice are running a skullgirls tournament that will be on stream. It's $5 to enter and it should start 7:30 or 8:00 tonight.
