XDest Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 Good sir! Dark Souls is no MMO; it's simply an excellent RPG with large sets. While not on the scale of an MMO, it's still fairly expansive by RPG standards. It's also quite simply a darn good game with a great atmosphere. I doubt you'd regret at least trying it! Dark Souls eh? I see a man of good taste. Where do you play it, PS3, Xbox or PC?

Chaoschao222 Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 Sorry but Sonic 06 > Dark Souls Agreed, Sonic '06 was terrible, but when you had the glitches working for you instead of against you, playing as Sonic was so goddamn fun. Not to mention 06 had a good soundtrack like most Sonic games. Meanwhile Dark Souls.... psh, some shitty medieval game whose only gimmick is being 'hard', 3/10 would not rent. I'm being as serious as a double-barreled heart-attack.
XDest Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 You have to be skillful to have Sonic 06 not kill you because of physics/other glitches. You also have to have the patience to wait through 300+ 1-3 minute loading screens. You have to have the patience to run through a mostly empty overworld that serves no real purpose other than to make the game more than an hour long. I have done all of these things, and S-ranked every Sonic stage in that game. Why the hell did I do that? And the Unleashed Sonic stages were pretty awesome, too bad you had to go through 10-20 minute werewolf sections to get to them. They were even more GOTTA GO FAST than the Generations modern or Colors stages. Colors was good too.
