Bitch ass Liger queen didn't know what hit her, but so far this Jade guys seems like a dick...still I wouldn't mind him getting on my team again he one shots everything lol You will come to love Jade, as everyone else has.

LunaKage Posted March 7, 2011 Author Posted March 7, 2011 I dunno, it regens pretty fast, I see alot of Rachel players spend 4 wind just to get the fuck away from shitty Noel pressure, so I don't mind spending 2 to combo, I am Luna after all, I do it all for combos, plus the way I see it, 3.5k for 2 wind is better than 2.6k for 1 wind and 50 heat, but I guess that's just me. by the way guys, I am free this week: Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday So let me know if you wanna make it any of those days, and I suppose we can hold an official casuals on Friday, maybe Toast can make it to this one.

Given you hit a good CH or fatal and you have the wind to perform the combo and your opponent has no burst. Name a character who cant do the damage if the situation is perfect. Rachel's problem is that you cant consistantly do this damage. One 3.5k combo wpnt win the match.

And the normals thing was just scary. When Rachel gets rolling, its a very scary thing for people. Its just difficult getting the ball rolling. That's all. With the rest of the cast, random hit = instant advantage. Just about 3k with everyone off random hit. You just have to try harder with Rachel. Thats mainly what we complain about. I mean the tourneys ran very smooth and we actually finished AHEAD of schedule (we were aiming to be done at 9 while planning it in the days before but we finished closer to 8:30). Maybe it's because I didn't talk to everyone enough because I spent too much time near my computer working on the brackets. I mean there were about half of you guys at the end that I was at (including all of the GG players), but the rest of you guys turtled near the door and I never really went over there (except during the exhibition). Out of all of the out of towners that I hadn't already met, I only talked to Mr. Two a lot, and I barely got to talk to Jetm or Rei (until the exhibition). Maybe I'm just over-exaggerating things, but I'm going to make more of an effort to move around and talk to more of you guys next time. You're doing it wrong then:(. Pretty sure Rachel's J.B beats Noel's air normals. Then again, air to air is very spacing dependent. Some moves have good vertical range while others have good horizontal range.
