I wouldn't say it was planned, even though after I played Noel in CSI I somehow knew they were going to make her better in CSII. I just never knew how good ASW was planning on making her. Feels like this is a reward for going through so much crap with her. But like I said, coincidence. *Whistles innocently*

Definitely get an Arcana Heart tourney running Milln, I've got you a guaranteed set-up and I know Middy, and Grim possibly do too. Plus I've been wanting to see how well I can do competitively in it. Suguri is full of win, i'll make sure to properly help you hype it next time. Man, feels like so much crap is happening.

Besides him there's not much to offer. I'm going to have to branch out and start finding some decent opponents. Note; this is not saying I am good or anything, just saying haven't run into anyone solid enough (Other than Middy's Tao :3). As much as I hate to say it I may need to challenge Rampage Chucks Tager. That thing is godlike.

My favorite thing to do against platinum is neutral tech meaty bubble, instant block it and immediately 5A them in the face. It works like 90% of the time they do 3C > bubble midscreen. Heartcar is dumb as fuck though, the hitbox is enormous and it's air unblockable and does huge damage. Literally the only thing bad about it is being unsafe on block, but if it's RC'd at a certain distance they'll cross you up.
