Have you seen how fast 6D comes out over and over?

If you whiff a 6D, you are sitting there for 45 frames. And there is 13 frames of start-up for it. So it is actually a pretty slow move to repeatedly spam.

i cant find myself spamming 6D out of this match since hakumen will just crouch everything and gain magatama, and if the hakumen knows a ton of your shit coming from 4DD/5DD > special it will be a lot of problems to actually use 236D 214Ds. my bro is playing hakumen and the only reason he always loses is when he IADs a lot and mashes C at times where he shouldn't

[*]It's a slow match, but a lot better for Hakumen than it's being made out to be. Take it from a guy who still hates this match-up with a passion XD.

EDIT: You should all have a look on Spark's writeup for this matchup here. It's a must-read.

You say that like Lambda has more than 3 good matchups: two of which are Tager and Arakune. All I see is 5-5, 4-6, and 3-7s for her. 5.5-4.5 is a godsend deal easier than the 5-5s, and those are even matches.

She does have more than 3 good matchups. And I understand how match-up ratings work.

Lambda has no 3-7 match-ups. Only Taokaka, Carl, Hazama and Bang are her only 'bad' match-ups and they are 4-6 at worst. Most of her 4.5-5.5 match-ups aren't clear cut and could be considered even, depending on who you ask.

I'll just go ahead and shoot you an XBL friend req. I wanna see how an actual haku plays against lambda. I have never lost to a hakumen as lambda. Ever. But then, even the high PSR (Over 225) hakus suck on XBL.

Easiest for Hakumen. I have more trouble with Tager. :3

Someone is talking a lot of trash. He needs to know his place.

Then again, considering the Tagers you play, that might be true...

If you pick Tager against Mac then you are likely to lose.

He will curb stomp Lambda...literally.

I need to adjust to XB360 controller again first lol. During my 3 week XBL hiatus, i did combo practice on my 3ds, which has a slightly different feel to it. (Mainly DPad instead of joystick) so I need to fix that first lol. But im totally down for more matches lol.

My connection is good, but it isn't consistant so I may disconnect occasionally. (Shouldn't happen all that often though.)

I'm missing out on some fun. Who knew Hakumen vs Lambda was such a popular match-up. Anyways, I'm not sure what I should add for this seeing as most has been addressed. It's fairly straight-forward and one of Lambda's better match ups. Against better Hakumen's you'll probably have to add some mix-up and things like that to catch them off guard, because they're normally blocking from a distance. Just do a bunch of pokes and things like that and you'll eventually win. Not much to say :)

.-. its so hard battling mac. We keep going even until i screw up and 236C instead of 236D~C and he gets a 3C(CH) or 4C(CH) combo on me.

Wonder how you do that. Granted sometimes it does happen to me, but usually the 236C hits because they're going to jump anyway to avoid the 236DC. I'm a Lucky Lambda! You should hear when I'm frustrated and salty after losing a lot. I call myself a Lucky Lambda Loser, gawd I love alliteration... and being weird :)

I mistime the frames you need to wait before you can use a wheel after the first one.

Oh well. I have a solid matchup now. 6DD(Blocked)>236D~C

Dont let haku near you and win using the chip damage. Barrier doesn't last forever.
