Oh lord I feel like I'm gonna be poking and zoning most of the time with this Plat. I hope her damage isn't as shot dead as CS1 Rachel. I don't want to struggle for 2k all the time. I'm just prepared to blow heat on Miracle Jeanne.

Kyaku played her too.

There is also a cake colored Plat in A-cho that has amazing clutch heart cars.

I think Kyaku dropped her a few months back. Shiromadoushi disappeared or something.

Y'know, I think it's cool not having any one person playing my character who everybody copies for everything (Spark, Lord Knight, Kaqn). Platinum players vary a lot more since she's so freeform; every time I play a mirror I learn something new about her.

I love watching Shiromadoushi, but in no way I'm trying to copy everything from him. Beside, it's fine to have a milestone so people know how far they have gone until they start to develop their own style.

And at current state, we need someone that's really good to utilize the change of her, so we can understand how she has changed without all those theory crafting.

So she has 3 bombs now? Fuck I think I'm the only one who liked having that many. Also the Ragna matchup looks like it's even more ass. Oh well I'll deal with it.

i actually like only having 3 bombs now, 6 was too many imo. i mostly used them one at a time and there were points where i wanted my next item but i had to spend a bunch of time getting rid of all my bombs first :/

I sorta agree with this, actually. Most of the time I only actually used two or three bombs for approach/spacing, and ended up spitting the other 3 out randomly just to get rid of them (often after 3C).

I enjoyed using Mystic Momo on bombs twice because it covered so much space. Oh well guess I'll just stick to missiles,bats and cat hammers then.

like think of it this way

start out with six bombs, use two for zoning.

then say you want your next item. it'll take a minimum of two moves before you can even summon your next item. throwing away 3 bombs, throwing away your one last bomb, THEN finally summoning your next item.

with the new number of bombs, it'll be like every other item in that if you don't want it anymore, one 214D will get rid of it. this will prove important for CSE plat since she's going to be a lot more item-dependent, and switching out items to keep your opponent guessing will probably be a large aspect of her gameplay.

Oh ok, guess my strategy of playing hit and run and relying mainly on items doesn't change then. At first I was pissed at her low damage output, but then I saw her new cat hammer and bat in action and I got over it. :)

same haha. being able to combo off of bat CH midscreen is very cool, looking forward to CSE :3

Yeah low damage doesn't really matter when you can constantly score hits on the target. :kitty:

Didn't really see j.C being used a lot in that Ragna match (goddamn Yutta wanted to eat that loli). Just a lot of rising and falling j.Bs, and 5B being used in pressure strings. Aru-Ya used it against Valk. It looks pretty good from what I saw.

holy hell that recovery.

EDIT: Is it me or does it seem like Dream Sally stays out a bit longer than usual?

Looks to me like 214D has enough untechable time to land Heart Cars off of it consistently now.

Her new 5B looks slick, I'm really liking what I see here.

Like GGJ said, the landing recovery of her j.B and her j.C look better then they did before, the rising j.B/j.C pressure looks better, the only thing I'm not finding too great is the untechable time on her CH Cat. The bounce is a great buff, but it doesn't look like it can be followed up from full range, or if you're in the air. Still though, it's a great buff.
