So you can basically special cancel it into something like Led Ley at the same time Ignis attacks? Is 214B special cancel-able or something, or does it work on all of Ignis' moves? No, you can preform Ignis' attacks during Led Ley, he didn't cancel the Ignis call, he did a negative edge (Like Carl) and preformed both moves at the same time.

He has Ignis active at all time and when Relius is not getting hit and Ignis is not doing anything, she automatically recovers her meter. Her meter usage seems the same, so you still can't completely spam her moves but she recovers more easily. Also his Duo Bios seems to track your opponent. Edited November 15, 2011 by bakahyl

CS1 Arcade, for example, only made Hazama have the ring around him without anything else, and Ragna was still CT Super Ultra "I DON'T GIVE A FUCK DEVOURED BY DARKNESS BIATCH" Unlimited Ragna. Long story short, wait for consoles or a better look at Unlimited Relius before judging.

Also the game is out by next month, i doubt arksys has the time to do an entire revamp on his unlimited character by now.

The only thing that damaged ragna in that video were a double sword iris (that damage stayed the same in CS and CS2 with 800 damage and a 85% proration) and that new distortion that summons eiter a huge or multiple lightning in 1 place. He also got hit by a 3 hit george, but it's difficult to see if that damage is from the CS1 george or CS2 george, because that Ragna was in danger mode as well.

For example two of his distortions wern't even shown so you have no idea how they got changed. Far, far too soon to judge.

I don't think that video was meant to show very distortion, because it skipped on lot of distortions.
