fires her 4d drones

How is her habaya? Based on what i have seen on the videos, it seems to have lost a few hits but it's recovery and flight arc might seem different
-
how are her drones durability wise against other projectiles? I have seen a video that it beats Izayoi's sonic sabre , which either suggests that it's a level 2 projectile or like habaya a level 1 projectile with some extra durability or a level 1 projectile with a refreshing durability (like litchi's staff). So i was wondering if it can beat : Tager's spark bolt (single hit durability level 2 projectile), Azrael's phalanx (a level 2 projectile that refreshes it's own durability )or Nu's drive swords (which are also level 2 with a single hit of durability) Also does any of her normals have a change that wasn't mentioned in the patch notes? anything new like 6b causing a groundbounce and 6c having a faster startup?
-
it's actually a guard point (like bang's drive) than strike invulnerable. It's in fact very similar to Bang's guard points as it also loses to throws and unblockables, but unlike Bang's drive in which he is stuck doing the drive, Izanami can do something else
-
Correct the rib cage to being stuffed by unblockables and throws, not just throws
-
Does her DD command throw have invul frames or was it a pure accident that it worked?

nice midscreen combos from HH
-
The most interesting about that was (something that i have seen before on an earlier video after midscreen SoD RC that 6c can hit) is that 6c can hit of the ground Her corner damage is high 3k+(maybe even 3.9k when going for max damage and no oki) damage combos from 2a starters, around 4k damage from 6b starter or 3.3k when using SoD twice (maybe a better oki at the expense of damage with the 2nd SoD in the middle of the combo), almost 4k with a throw starter or less with the double SoD, 4k+ with 2b starter, 6k damage with DD ender using 5b starter Odd thing on that video was in 3:24 and 4:08 Mu used the new drones in OD (which has a 2nd hit explosions in OD) and immediately uses her omoikane DD ender and at the end of the combo one stein was not destroyed from the drone edit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rpGRsbXbb4s
-
A very good buff is that a counterhit SoD lvl 1 is a fatal counter with a midscreen wall bounce
-
They are projectiles because they are able to destroy Izayoi's sonic sabre in the old famitsu videos before and Azrael is able to growler them No, I think that i have seen a non charged laser during Mu's OD before If you see a Noel player throwing out 5c alot: yomi Mu's 3c>Noel's 5c at the right spacing, because her 3c 's hurtbox doesnt extend . Which also leads to nice CH 3c combos
-
I didn't think about it before (i was amazed on how fast the recovery was )but her drones might be a lvl 2 projectile based on that Jin's ice wave super (which is a lvl 2 projectile, which according to my old cp1.1 tests and Jin's DD was able to beat Azrael's phalanx ,Tager's spark bolt and Rachel's Tempest Dahlia) didnt destroy the drones. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3U6Z4Xiy0j4&t=12m22s

Another small nerf would be the loss of the spinning state on counterhit 5c , but it's a minor loss because Mu gets 5c>6c even on standing opponents An odd thing that i have noticed Orange placed 2 charged steins during OD. Hakumen hitted Mu and interrupted out of her first one laser, but 2nd stein still fired afterwards
-
Well the bad thing is that the drones disappear when Mu is hit, unlike Totsuka. However Totsuka has more startup and recovery
-
CP 1.0 Mu was decent and more fun to play but not nearly as strong as her cs2 and cse versions 1.1 was mostly the same as 1.0 except for minor nerfs but cpe was easily one of her weakest versions (only her cs1 version might be weaker than her cpe version)
-
Well the best buff for me is that her lasers has a sci-fi laser sfx (similar or the same as Nu's swords)
-
For those who still care about Mu's CPEX OD combos: I didn't know that her OD habakiri had become just as stupid as in bbcp 1.0 before it got patched. no wonder that the damage on it has nerfed in CPEX
-
Correct she now should have new midscreen combos with 5b/6a/5c>6b Losing 6c's midscreen bounce makes Ikutachi now mostly useless , because apparently it's now a corner combo extender

Some corrections 5B->5C->6C links midscreen; No counter, on standing opponents > correct that to 5c>6c, because 5b>5c has worked in every version and that is not something new Tokihana > Ame no Habakiri or Habakiri Hobaya > Ame no Habaya or Habaya 6B has ground bounce like CS > 6b has never had a ground bounce before, it did however had a bounce on an aerial opponent. Also it has enough bounce that you can combo 2C is still not jump cancelable outside 2C->2D > incorrect. 2c can be jump cancelled (likely on hit, not on block like pre bbcpe ) without needing a stein cancel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vPViovh2YPw&t=13m54s 3C no longer links to j.2C > It never worked besides from counter hit 3c, so scrap that from the nerfs. Lasers have farther reach than CPE? > They seem to have the exact same range as cpe Totsuka is faster? > looks the same for me Steins are still slow and j.2C still has no hard knockdown > you might want to scrap that as nerfs because those are not bbcf nerfs but the old bbcpe nerfs. Hobaya has a shallower arc > imo that is not much of a nerf with it having likely less recovery, because it brings back habaya to almost bbcse status Lost Tokihana > well in a way it's a nerf but with it's heavily nerfed version from bbcpe it's not much of a loss (see below why) Loss of OD Tokihana loops > The loss is not much of a loss because Habakiri's proration has worsened in bbcpe. Because in BBCP 1.0 and 1.1, each charged habakiri would prorate once but in the latest version each of the 3 hits would prorate seperately, meaning that her OD habakiri combos deal amazing low damage Decreased midscreen combo ability > too early to say this. because with the option of getting a midscreen combo from anything from 6b (with the new bounce). Plus the combos in this game are in generally shorter (for every character) than the previous versions 2B->5B->5C->6C->Ikutachi could extend the air throw off 6C > scrap that because 6c has lost it's midscreen wallbounce, meaning that 6c>ikutachi won't work unless in the corner
-
Although weeks old, for the people who havent seen it 14m 34s , timestamp seems a bit wonky on the new board Also 5c>6c seems to work on standing without needing a CH in the 2nd loketest
-
Well CF Mu looks like fun to play
-
isnt the level 4 nothing more than an attack level , which means it only effects hit and blockstun?
-
Well that sounds more like a nerf on the doll's anti-projectile properties than Terumi's 5d :p That would also mean that other strike projectiles like Mu's 6c and her crush trigger can hurt the dolls as well
-
Apparently i have a discussion with people who dont think that Terumi's 5d is a projectile, however upon testing shows that it has both strike (body) and projectile properties and anti-projectile moves like Azrael's Growler and Tager's Sledge beats 5d and higher level projectiles like Platinum's misseles and Tager's Spark Bolt go through it as well. So is 5d a projectile or not?

[CPEX] Blazblue: Chronophantasma Extend News and Gameplay Discussion 3.0
bakahyl replied to Anne's topic in BlazBlue Gameplay
Mu is imo definitely on the mid spectrum of the mid tiers. (probably between Rachel and Hakumen) Since this is a tier list made from a Bang player, Mu can be considered very easy for Bang. In the previous versions Mu was able to keep Bang better away and her decent damage at mid range used to be a threat for Bang. Her damage from random hit confirms (and probably overall damage) is much worse (with the 6c and j.2c changes) in this version and her nerfed stein lasers are a joke for Bang, who is able to get in much easier The matchup imo in cp and cp1.1 were fairly even, although probably in slight favor Bang. Then in CPE Bang has become overall better and Mu overall worse
