unsanctifier Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 I don't liek the emulator just becuase it's just a matter of reaction, where in a game it is a bit easier to block those mixups because you (if you're a more experienced GG player) are aware of when a Millia player cna use said overheads, and you're not just sitting there waiting for them to make a move. Gotta get your hands on her ASAP, never respect her enough to just sit there and wait for a 6k or TK bad moon. Lol

More like a mix of reaction, anticipation and knowing your opponents habits/reading him correctly.

That thing's not a good measure blocking overheads since people usually gatling into them instead of randomly doing them. Also, the last discussion I remember having about that thing... someone mentioned to me that move isn't really a good example as the animation is really subtle until late in the move. It'd be like if Makoto stood above you using 6B while the orb is on you. If you want to get good at blocking overheads do what pro people do and memorize the gatling charts. I'd do this, but I'm too lazy. That thing is a decent detector for reaction speed though. Edited November 3, 2011 by Bohemian Polka

I mostly use playasia, though. Unrelated: I can't tell if the chicken in my fridge was still good or not (literally was in there for exactly 48 hours), but I cooked half of it and threw the other half out. (lol, it's cute and serious all at the same time!) But yeah, the first two are the only ones I can really suggest without knowing what you like to watch. If you're talking about this year in general. I second Stein's;Gate. Might also want to check out : - Mawaru Penguindrum (SO GOOD) - Dantalian no Shoka - [C] - Money of Soul and Possibility Control - Kamisama no Memochou - Kamisama Dolls (I only kind of recommend this) - Puella Magi Madoka Magica There's probably some other stuff that I missed but if so, it's likely ecchi or pure fanservice (which isn't for me).
