Kagura shows up in the chapter (seems to be related to some student) and starting to recognize Mai in some way (he isn't sure). Estella talked to someone about Ragna. Anyway, whole chapter talk about what to Mai's supertaster. Now everything good she that touches her tongue will be bad. This one looks a better even though her clothing looks wet judging by the way it's sticking to her body. Personally, I want to know what has become of that Hakumen prototype that was shown...although I think that one was gonna be a figma.

It seems they are the ones that are producing the Mitsuru figure as well and it looks pretty good so far. Not Alter, GSC, or Kotobukiya quality, but we will see once they have the final version. Noel's head looks a little big though.

It was labelled under D-Arts I believe. As for the new Noel figure, yes, Vertex is a somewhat new-ish company; they haven't released a lot as of now. Mitsuru is already up for pre-orders on amiami with a whooping price tag.
