Grendy Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 How many of you would join a tournament on live if I put up a 12 month membership? One for west coast and one for east coast. I'd be up for this even if there wasnt a 12 month membership up for grabs. Haven't had the funds to get out to MI for ranbats in quite a while so netplay tournament sounds like the next best thing to me.

( -_.-) That said, making it open to everyone would most likely force gio, shin, sonic, LunaK, and toan to play me again...as tantalizing as that is. Chris Chaos Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 (edited) I was going to run a free tournament under the exact same format that Hellknight_10 uses since no one else is doing it but the problem is that I kinda need someone who can run it on weekends that I won't be available and someone who can run the West Coast side of the tournament. I can gladly make the thread for this Friday for a East Coast Tournament with the rules and run it since I should be available that day. Now I'll handle EC/MW I just need someone to handle the WC for me and we can get this thing rolling. So should I make the thread or not? EDIT: "F" it, I'm making the thread now. EDIT2: The thread has been made. If you're EC/MW, sign up now. Read the rules of the thread please and if you have any input for select rules (Seeing how I'm originally a PSN guy) please inform me so I can change them so that the format is correct for the X-Box console. I just tried to do a move, heard a crackling crumbling sound, looked down and noticed there was no more dpad and I could see inside the controller. I tried to put it back together while you jumped around in confusion but it was no good. It was one of those newer, adjustable dpads, the silver ones. Turns out they aren't as tough as the older less fancy kind. Anyway, that was fun. I would've played more if my controller didn't self destruct. You were doing some weird but neat combos. I kept laughing at how I would barely pull out a win at .1% life every time. :P

Well that handles East Coast. Thanks for stepping up and regulating the tourney. I am in the process of trying to upgrade my net again. I still plan on hosting the the west coast one with the 12 month membership but I have AP exams. Shin, go right ahead and host the free West Coast Ranbats. In the mean time, I will simply work to get a bigger pot for the tournament that I am hosting. Eve. I need you to sign a piece of paper saying "write him up, tell him he is a little bitch" That will be the third place prize for sure. Banning turn from my tourney right now. No Dora allowed. He has way to many trophys.
