mAc Chaos Posted December 19, 2012 Posted December 19, 2012 Nope i sacrificed my astral to get right next to you and grab you since i knew you would try to counter it :3 almost ended in disaster when i dropped my combo Yeah once you started it I was like "LOL RAPED" and got ready to counter since you'd just fly right into it, but then the instant it ended right next to me I knew that was what you had planned all along. God, that astral. Always fucks me over somehow.

I would say your makoto plays similar to my tsubaki. Strikes when opportunity arrives or best possible moment. I don't see you much as risk taker other than the occasional BBS but you got enough for RC most of the time.

Risk taking wise, Gold definitely does trolly stuff more. But sometimes you need to throw the opponent off their game.

If i can manage to get to you without getting countered, i can do decently. Once you get me blocking, it's all over. It seems to be the latter for everyone and me.

This is preety much how i want to play someday but im honestly not very knowledgeable (i butchered the spellling) against anything that isnt another Makoto right now i just take shots in the dark see what woorks and what doesnt and attempt to apply it for the next Match and try not to forget it forr the future id say it makes my offense preety nice However my defense is really bad i cant tech grabs outside of getting lucky or just knowing when they like to grab after certain moves, anytime i block an overhead its either cause its incredibly obvious ( a person always overheads afteer X move or something like Tager's MTW that always ends in an overhead) or i took a lucky guess and ill stop here cause this post is depressing me with the negativity but yeah one day ill bother to learn all i can of bb and will probably be amazing.....probably

Or doing that teleport thing of hers around me like 4 times in a row. You know, stuff that you wouldn't normally do since you can do other things that would work out just as well every time but you do it anyway because it's funny or unpredictable. The usage of trolling has gotten a lot looser though. Omni's Makoto was definitely more troll-y. Most of the stuff you do is still pretty defendable as a legitimate tactic since you want to be confusing the other guy. Outright trolling would be my gold burst stuff or going out of my way to counter Spark Bolt even though I can super jump over it every time and avoid getting magnetized. Although I do both so much now it's not even a conscious thing, it's just a part of playing. I have a harder time against people who mastered throwing that kind of thing into their playing since it makes it harder to counter their stuff. If you mess it up though then you get raped.
