One PSN account = one participant. Rules: Full Double Elimination. If If there are more than 16 participants - Round Robbin + Full Double Elimination. FT2(BO3). Registration will be finished on 30.03.2012 at 23:59 (GMT+4). At 00:00 31.03.2012 (GMT+4) brackets will be genered. Steam : TBA Prizes: 1st place - a PSN card for 500 rubles/10 euros/10 dollars (you can choose). Random participant of final stages of tournament (FDE) chosen by random.org will also get a PSN card for 500 rubles/10 euros/10 dollars (you can choose). Short message: Parcipants will be from different countries and and since it's netplay, prepare for lags. Try to improve your connection (disable torrents, messengers, browsers and try to not to use Wi-Fi). Be nice and don`t send ragemails. When you register please write you contacts.

Which means... 1) Face every person in your bracket. 2) Play them in a best to three matches, default round settings. 3) Character choice is free for the first match, loser may change characters, winner has to stick. Is that correct so far? Just want to make sure~
