This game has a problem with damage, it's why you see timeouts happening so much. It also hasn't been out very long. HnK was a very low damage game for a while after it came out, then people started discovering the systems that made it ridiculous (starting with OTG damage). I don't doubt this game will be the same way.

I don't know Kamui still has easy ass hit confirms into supers and respectable damage and of course range. I think the clash dash is an arcana effect.
Koozebanian Fazoob Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 The awesome Skate Dunk loop actually made me interested in Lilica. Any idea what the limitation is for her dunk loop? Obviously it isn't an infinite, so is the game like GG where you tech out faster, or like QoH where you can only connect with the same move a fixed number of times?
furix Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 It seems like the opponent just bounces more with each hit, also it seems like Lilica gets pushed away from the opponent even further as she nears the corner. So far I have only seen the kick combo up to 4 times.

She will w/o a doubt be my char of choice (once it gets ported in about a year lol). (Time to learn the game mechanics) she appears to have a lot of traps and lock-down potential when transfering the "creature" via orbs . Now i see why Buri likes her (*cough*"come baaaaack"*cough*) :grin: . Im sure more SCG players will convert to equiping the water card (shark thingy?) seeing that it complements her offence effectively. No, i did not conclude this from the matches i watched but its just a hunch i got from watching other chars use it (theory fighting:chat:) . Come on S-tier (crosses fingers) edit: anyone know what happens when all three 'creature' bars are depleted?

Each time the marionette (or creature as i call it) is hit the bar depletes by one (of 3 bars total). I was just wondering what are the consequences when all bars are fully depleted. plz dont throw out any random guesses if you dont know. A definite answer would be a lot more usefull.

Also the super...is odd. Like it freezes them, but Mei-Fang arcanas through it twice...the thing is the second time it REFREEZES her when the spikes on the circle all disappear. Plus the actual arcana super just freezes them anywhere? Or what?

linalys Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 From what I've seen Time Arcana gives: A shadow backdash that can absorb a hit and leave the opponent unable to cancel the attack that hit the shadow. That teleportish ground homing cancel. That slow fireball that seems to nullify other fireballs? The time super that has a lot of hit stun initially then freezes the opponent after it ticks down to zero, it goes away if the arcana user is hit. The Arcana super that after a sorta longish activation time freezes the opponent in place and you just keep hitting them till time runs out. They don't move but take all the damage as normal? I saw a Kamui player do like 2 of those air slash supers and continue the combo after the time freeze wore off.
