Good games Shinsyn. My chie needs a lot of work XD I wouldn't say a lot of work, you just have to add the Vortex Oki into your game. It's a huge part of Chie's play style granted but that's the main thing you have to work on. Pressure is OK and could use some tightening up but you can easily fix that, overall you're really strong considering you've been playing Chie for less than a week. Keep at it and get to those offline casuals! BTW, you live in New York, Brooklyn to be exact? You have the strongest players in your offline scene that could help you out there too, find out when they're gathering and play with them, and you'll level up in no time! I'm not gonna say ALL connections from Texas are bad, just most of them; at least when it comes to Northeast and North Midwest USA. The only person I can play from there w/o problems consistently is Chickzama, and even our connection can be iffy at times. My best friend lives in Houston, and he has a 0 bar connection with me and he's wired, and his cousin is also from there and we have a 1 bar. Of course this is PSN while most Connections on XBL are 2 bars. I'm not gonna say it's their fault, it's probably just the distance between the states that's killing it.
