vmcoelho Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 Im training Mitsuru since i got the game... been a week now... its not an easy game to master, but its very rewarding when you begin to feel some progress. Right now i've completed Mitsuru Challenges (except 30, still figuring out lol) and was able to perform all combos from the jourdal video posted on youtube. I was missing some stuff like holding the B button for different properties and connecting strikes but, after i discovered that everything became easier. Havent played anyone on/offline and i know i'll suffer to adjust to the pace of a real battle. But once i adopt a combo for each situation (mid scree, corner, CH grab, CH air grab, anti air etc.) i feel i'll be ready... anyway, im having tons of fun with the game =)
Killerwatt Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 I don't know if this is just me, but I'm having trouble air-dashing consistently in this game. 60% of the time, a forward jump comes out, and only 10% of the time do I get an instant AD. Is there a way I can work on improving this?
Effenhoog Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 Most of the time if an IAD does not come out it's because you did not return to neutral between inputs You could also try doing IAD differently, it can work as either 956 or just 959. I have always done 956 and even when I mess with 959 it never works for me, but some people prefer it.
