Honestly I have been wondering the same thing. Alot of Tagers post mostly in the Azrael thread now....or so I have seen. We need to compile one seriously

Y'know I've been wondering why the whole combo thing isn't its own page on the wiki. I'm gonna find iunno 15 minutes a day to just update the wiki with what I can find in here. I'd like to encourage others to do the same.

Especially people who know combos that maybe never made it to this thread because of character specificity or just not having the data listed for that starter. After the combo list is a bit fleshed out a little, I'll probably spend those 15 minutes trying to discover variations of updates to existing combos.

And remember for notation > is a cancel , is a link. This is the simplest way to make notes while still actually saying something. Might as well be using the space bar if you're not going to use both of those. At least that would save time.

Amazing work Snatcher. Just got Cp and it helps a lot to train the new Tager. ;)

 

I'll like to print all this but the link for the first part is the same as the second part, can you please correct this? So I can print all this and go in the lab. :p

 

The combo thread is a mess, so I hope that these combos are the one to go, the most optimal and praticable. :)

Am I good with these? :p

I fixed the link, sorry about that. And, yeah, near as I can tell, the combos in this video could cover all your combo needs. Hopefully Yandere's part four will release soon so we can get Overdrive combos.

Against some characters, you can even do 5C>6A>2C>AC at the end instead of the last jump loop for

I just got the patch. Prepare yourself for the 5A nerf.

 

5A>3C>AC whiff>2C>AC>GF will not work any more. The GF will drop.

 

5A>3C>ODC>5C>MTW>TB>GF does 5121 and still works. The lack of combos off 5A make this more important than before.

 

New corner routes for 5B/5C. Small amount less damage but added magnetism from 2D is far more worth it imo.

 

DM: 3968

5B>5C>6A>2C>ASledge>5C>2D>5C>6B>jC>jD>sjC>jB>jC>GP

 

Damage route is the same: 4101

j2C fatal combo was nerfed in damage.

 

One of the most optimal j2C fatals is:

j2C>5C>6C>BSledge>5C>6A>6B.j2C>5B>6A>ASledge>5C>6A>2C>AC>623Spark>OD(optional)>MTW>TB>GF for 7298. 6846 without the Overdrive Cancel.

 

Another one is:

 

j2C>5C>6C>BSledge>5B>6A>6B>j2C>5B>6A>ASledge>5C>6A>2C>AC>623Spark>OD(optional)>MTW>TB>GF for 7066. 6622 without the Overdrive Cancel.

 

If they're close, you can still do the:

 

j2C>5C>6C>j2C>5B>6A>6B>2jC>5B>6A>ASledge>5C>6A>2C>AC>623Spark>OD(optional)>MTW>TB>GF for 7103. 6651 without the Overdrive Cancel.

 

Both require a bit of magnetism for the 6A's to actually connect with the next hits.

This is the best I can do with post-GF 5A meterless and going back into GF:

 

5A > 2B > 3C > AC whiff > 6A > 2C > GF

I haven't grinded it very much yet though.

 

It's worth noting though that 5A>3C>AC whiff>5C>6A>2C>AC does work, it's just that GF won't work afterwards. Spark Bolt continuation into MTW is unaffected though. So you can still murder people on a 5A for sure once you've got resources.

 

 

So these combos still work:

DM: 3748

5A > 3C > AC Whiff > 5C > 6A > 2C > AC > 623D > MTW > GF

DM: 4728

5A > 3C > AC Whiff > 5C > 6A > 2C > AC > 623D > MTW > TB

Tager's 2A is nerfed to the same starter. Not sure if that's been mentioned.
