Though even technically, the Winter solstice begins the 21-23, generally more prominent the night of the 22nd/going into the 23rd. (It's the longest night of the year.)
Sunnyday Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 HI guys. I wonder. how many people are busy doing GG fanfiction ATM? I got like 49 pages of GG fan fiction written within just a few weeks , it is not perfect because i still keep correcting spelling and grammar mistakes. I also feel that the text layout doesn't read itself nicely. My idea is fun because it is more focus on the world the characters live in with all the problems the world is having, the constant bounty hunting back and forwards (remember May's quote about Johnny having thousands on his back ), and different groups fighting for their place to exist (for example the assassin guild). I also make a number of new Characters, mostly based around rock bands/artists names/Rock songs just like Daisuke has done for most of his characters. And i will let them intertact with Daisuke's characters in one way of the other and test out what comes out of it (But i'm not gonna make it too far fetch). I also planned to put Tyr and Fanny into the mix. But that is something i only gonna do once i start re-reading all the information again. My goal is is to fill in certain gaps in the main storylines of guilty gear, i just hope that it will not lead to fan based flame wars form here to china because of i just have written.. Perhaps a good written disclaimer on my Fan-fiction will make sure that that isn't gonna happen.. I feel there is still tons of work to be done before i will be putting it online on a fan-fiction website.. But how do you people think about this idea?

And I'm sure we can't worry too much about flamewars here, it's not like anything we put can be particularly important. What we have to worry about are the shippers though....

Not necessarily to have them posted on the thread, but to have a database of people who are willing to beta/proof-read, or of writers who don't mind taking up requests or somethin'. Fuck, it'll even be neat to gather 'round all the artists and make some sorta contest/challenge~ ...'Course, I'm too lazy to organize it, but I'll definitely draw 'n proof read (though I'm a bit harsh on the critique aspects ohohohohoho)

Although I indeed, very much, like Ky x Dizzy, i might lay the idea aside until the next game comes out. But the chances of Sin's mom NOT being Dizzy are quite low according to the hints given out by Ishiwatari-san. But, hints are hints, they can give the desired results or not. Also, I want to do a fanfic involving Haku-Men and Ky? Ky's sense of justice or Haku-Men's desire for justice? Who has the better resolve?

I wonder. is there only a few "Gear cell limiters" around in the guilty gear world? I have been reading that there is only a few around. Sol has one, that is sure. Solaria (the girl form "lighting the argent")has got one from Sol. Sin has one (in the from of a eye patch) Or so i heard, i might be wrong so please correct me. I also heard that the "Gear cell limiters" can no longer be created or recreated for some reason. But i have no idea if that might be true, because if it is. Than why do people claim that Sin is walking with one? (if it is true that sin's eyepatch is a gear-cell limiter) I also read other stories where some people disagreed that Sol only has one gear cell limiter left. i think i read a certain webpage with information about Sol's limiter, but i can't no longer remember it anymore. i hope i can still find it somewhere. O btw.. a other question.. What happens if Dizzy got Sol's Gear cell limiter on her head? anyway i gotta go now. need sleep.

As for Gear Cell Containment Devices (I just call it Limiter for short), Frederick is the only guy I know who can make them. It's probable That Man could too, but why would he bother? He gave one to Solaria, that much is certain, as there's a picture of her (damn if I know where) wearing it. It's pure speculation at this point if the eyepatch Sin is wearing is also a Limiter, most likely it is, but then, he's been known to wear a normal eyepatch in his younger days, it might be purely for style or to hide his Gear Mark...again, nothing is mentioned except perhaps in the GG2 Guidebook (someone give me the transcript to that soon, please, .txt format if possible). On that note, Sin has a move called Voltic Eye, which essentially creates a sphere of dark lightning on either side of him, whether that has to do with his power is unknown. His other moves may be also related, but we don't know. I do know that R.T.L. is without a doubt Ride the Lightning x 3 quick red dashes though. As for Dizzy...We don't know.
