Umm... no. Platinum has two sets of voices in BBCP. You probably heard the Sena's voice set... From what I, myself, played using Platinum, Luna's voice set sounded just fine and similar to CS.

But yeah, Kagura's english voice was a positive surprice to me.

Must be a mishap or it never existed. I wouldn't be surprised if not all voice sets were made or implemented before the Japanese release.

I was referring to the original Japanese voices, not the dub. His third track is definitely there, it just didn't trigger in the Valk fight.
