Bedman is cool as fuck.  Easily Arcsys best villain yet.

I found the attempts at turning him into a symphatetic character(his sister, refusing to kill Ram) felt flat. Whatever happened to evil for evil's sake?

Other notes:

-Johnny, an unplayable character, had more screentime than Venom, Millia, Pot and Slayer combined.

-I call bullshit on the conclave being unaware about the colony. Just because Ariel or wahtever had more power does not mean she could hide such massive an operation from the near omnipresent conclave.

-Yes, I shed a lone tear at the Kiske family reunion.

So based on the story alone the most likely returning characters are Johnny, Dizzy and due to the Japan subplot, Anji and Baiken.

I didnt feel like they wanted us to feel bad for him, but rather they wanted to rationalize him. Evil is made, not born.

With the hint of XX being non-existent to canon, should Bridget's lack of presence in Xrd be any surprise? In retrospect, all the buildup with him and Eddie (the other Eddie, of course) seems to amount to nothing relevant (unless Conclave is involved, because they're responsible for most every character). Was Eddie even mentioned in the story mode? The bare minimum I see those twins involved in any way is that they have anything to do with Bedman. Good luck making that cohesive though.

Edit: Anyway, I'll be waiting for the next installment story-wise instead to see. If some of the previous characters aren't yet playable, they can at least be as lucky as Johnny.
