If it's like Melty Blood, then it's a 2F window. But this is not MB so it could be different. Also I have a question:Is it possible to gain GRD by doing offensive actions such as walking and dashing during a combo? If so,can combos be optimized by doing these kinds of actions/inputs to get a higher amount of GRD?

I'm pretty sure this is the first localized French Bread game. And hopefully it's not the la-WHERE'S MELTY-st.Good news all around.I'm curious on what the price point will be. And I'm doubly curious if Nyu Media did something with FB regarding a PC port... -

Some thoughts from the 2 videos: Byakuya seems to able to switch sides during a combo(and possibly pressure) quite confortably, which works quite well with his traps, allowing him to make the best use of random traps that were setup prior to the combo. Seems like the traps can be destroyed by hitting them. You can see the trap he set up at the beginning being destroyed by Hyde's j.C(?).That or the trap expired at the same time as the attack, but if you look closely it looks like it dissapeared in the middle of the glow animation when Hyde's attack connected. This ofcourse means that matchups with Gordeau and other long range characters will be played very differently. One saving grace is that the ground trap will most likely not be able to be destroyed. Aerial trap also gives him upward momentum after it's planted so it loooks like he can get a ghetto double jump from it,and with at least 2 moves that change his air trajectory and a 360 degree air normal it looks like he will be quite mobile and dangerous in the air. However his normals seem to be shorter than Vatista's,and it doesn't look like he has other space control tools other than his traps. Overall an interesting mix of screen control and mobility. Also his VO is questionable at best. Now on to Nanase... At first, she seemed very underwhelming, fitting the mold of a solid and effective character almost to a T. Looking at the video more closely I've managed to deduce two things that make her kind of unique: 1)Like Byakuya she can very easily switch sides during combos(and possibly pressure) 2)She has this special moves that looks like Hyde's midair Dark Lotus but with a dive follow-up.Since the move is grounded it could be a very good pressure tool, but the divekick follow-up also leads me to believe that she can potentially do the move on oki and get a left/right mixup, regardless if the actual wind part connects or not. This coupled with the fact she can actively avoid the corner if she chooses to can lead to some very dangerous situations. Both the characters seem to be midrange with some space control options in the form of traps and gusts of wind and some non-standard aerial movement options.Nanase seems like a good fit for the game, but she's too similar to Hyde and Linne to get me excited. As for Byakuya it seems like he will need to make use of his movement options in matchups where he can't use his traps effectively. He looks like he will be a very rewarding character to master. Another thing to take away is that none of them will be able to do anything about GRIM REAPER. -

I believe the official statement is 'more than one new character'.Could be more than one,but it's most likely one additional character. -

Guys,it's very much NOT Kaguya. It's very much implied by the position on the picture that the black haired girl and Smug 'Narukami' Smuggins have some form of connection, wether it's proffesional or not I don't care. Also Licht Kreis is an all-female organization. If I had to make a guess these are the big bads of the game, and probably far surpass even Hilda in power. -
