My bad, a lot of people tried to connect stuff based on English and I just assumed stuff, silly me. Anyway, voices don't really mean much. I'd rather believe Axl's The Original than Raven, though I have no proof to back it up, except Axl's proficiency with magic despite his time period.

Dub means nothing but I did double check just to be sure and it sounded like the same dude from dub Overture that did Raven, but I don't know.

With activated Justice still around awaiting for a new soul to implant, will Dizzy finally use her command gear abilities to wrestle with Justice' control?

Which would make her change of clothes even better, as it would also reflect her character development.

And I'm not sure how much control she has in her neutral stance, but when most of her story mode fights are started by Necro (and her GGX intro has her in that monstrous silhouette form), I think she'd never want to fight if it was up to her to decide. That is, until she has something to fight for, like her family right now.

Yeah it would make sense if she's able to control her powers now, it would be a great disservice if she's still that frightened girl who begs her wings to stop. Interestingly, Necro and Undine can't function together as far as I know, the only time they move at the same time is when they bicker during her "taunt" move.

Reportedly, one of the reasons that Dizzy (the Guilty Gear character, not the egg) exists is to provide a sort of porn bug zapper for the rest of the cast of Guilty Gear. She's three years old with a sexy adult figure, almost naked, has wings and a tail, lines consists of Accidental Innuendos and the most oblivious fan in the world would probably wonder if she was banging May. Thus, she provides so much low-hanging porn fruit that the creators hoped fan artists would gravitate entirely towards her and stay away from the other women in the cast. It appears to have been at least partially successful. This becomes an enormous mind screw when you take Bridget into account... That said, despite Elphelt and Ram absolutely dethroning Dizzy at that department (no, seriously, they do), I don't think that'll stop Daisuke from making Dizzy look like a stripper again.

I actually really hope they don't screw with the angel wings doing the fighting premise, I thought that was great and creative. I just don't want her to look like a whore at an anime con while they do it. She wouldn't be Dizzy Kiske as they never got married. She should be Dizzy Badguy. Which is awesome.
