Edit: On the subject of extras one thing I'm half hoping they add are alts for every character e.g.

P3 characters (excluding Aigis) get their P3 designs as alts

Aigis can have her uniform or her Answer look

P4 characters could have their summer/winter outfits

Labrys can have how she looked while she was still in the lab

and Shadow Labrys could have a damaged form e.g. half her face is missing terminator style

I honestly want this with all my heart. Akihiko with sweater vest is top tier. Hell I'll even take hood-up DLC.

I also would like more navigation chars lol, it feels kinda limited right now.

Well, to put the whole "Sega" issue to bed...

Naoto Hiraoka, the head of consumer software for the Atlus game brand, issued a statement on Wednesday to assure fans that business will continue as before. Sega Sammy Holdings confirmed earlier in the day that Sega will form a wholly owned subsidiary to take over the operations of Index Corporation by November 1. Index owns and manages Atlus, a former independent company and the current brand of games such as Etrian Odyssey, Shin Megami Tensei, and Persona.

Hiraoka acknowledged that the Atlus brand will become part of the Sega Sammy Group (specifically, the new subsidiary Sega Dream), but added that the entire consumer game unit will remain focused on developing titles for future release. He said that his brand has maintained a good relationship with Sega from before, and added that he thinks the current potential for business synergy is very high. He specifically highlighted Sega's strong distribution network as beneficial going forward.

He apologized for causing fans to worry, asked for their continued support, and asked them to look forward to further developments from Atlus.

Since last year, Hiraoka has also been the president and CEO of Atlus U.S.A., Inc. in North America.

TL;DR - Atlus has effectively become another Sega-Sammy subsidiary, much like Relic and Creative Assembly before them. And much like those two, it's likely just going to be business as usual.

Now, as far as Persona Arena is concerned, the main thing I'm interested in seeing is what will happen in the future. Up to now, the games have been on NESiCA. But what if sequels eventually migrate over and join GG on the Sega's arcade hardware instead...?

Hopefully with all this business of Atlus being bought now over, we'll start to get more info about P4C, maybe even as early as this week's TGS. Feels like we are long overdue for new info, even though it's only been a month.

I really hope Sega will just let Atlus do their thing like they always have, and get involved as little as possible. They do have a pretty shady reputation for localization after all...but yes, now that the matter is all settled we might get more info about upcoming games

It's probably nothing, but maybe I'm hearing some soft alarm bells in the distance.

And to be fair, I highly doubt that "exploiting" is intended to sound malicious. More like, "making use of prominent IPs"

edit: Sega Dream Corp. has a nice ring to it, unimportant as it is.

Both official site folders are p4u2, the players guild is p4u2, the hashtag on the official site is #p4u2, and even Mori used #p4u2 on his recent tweet. I think it's a pretty easy guess. We are calling it p4uush or swoosh.
