indie_animator Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 tfw you find a 3-4 bar in the 64-man lobby and they choose to play a set with a 0 bar I know there might be reasons like both players being friends/maybe some kind of netplay tournament going on, but finally being able to find someone with a great connection only to not be able to play them because they're playing against someone else with a much worse connection has really been getting on my nerves lately. it's like "yo dude we're 3-4 bar let's play why the fuck are you choosing to play in 5f+ delay #FUCK_NETPLAY" I've come across this as well at times in the P4AU lobby. I'm wary of red cards that challenge me. They often are 0-1 bars, skip the intro & love to "1 more" their extra meter after winning a round. Ah well.

oh no, he said Posted July 22, 2015 Posted July 22, 2015 Trying to use lambda's drive to plow through nu's drive does not work very well on netplay and I have learned this the hard way. Shows me for trying to assert decisive scientific dominance. IAD feels clunky and it makes my 6B starter combos feel sad. Trying to do like any of amane's combos against anything lower than a 2 bar feels legitimately impossible.

I at least give people the time of day- a few matches to see if they're worth playing. So many yellows and up keep denying me games, just cause I'm green. How am I supposed to get up to your level when you won't even let me grind? Very upsetting.

I've had this happen a few times back when I played P4A vanilla with S ranks and higher kicking me out of rooms because I was on a F- rank account with few matches played. It really sucks when you're trying to find players who can whoop your ass so you can learn from mistakes but they don't take you seriously because of your low color/rank/whatever. I'm very glad this hasn't happened to me at all yet in BBCPE. The worst I ever get is people dodging/kicking me because I play Noel and I know that feel. brb picking up Jin

This is the reason I go all out in every single match I play, unless I know for a fact that my opponent is just playing for fun Treat every opponent equally

Back in cp0.1 it gotten stressfull trying to hit an 8k with azreal when they keep dying halfway through.
