This. Kobe is really awesome, Steve's just jealous. :p I talked to Kobe though, and he hasn't been in a fighting game mood, so that's probably out the picture anyway. :/

But yeah, basics is pick a character, learn what their general gameplan is, and just gradually learn stuff. There are a lot of videos online, so you can pick apart gameplay from good players. Learning combos is always a bit weird, since everyone combos different. Also, you have more timing specific things to learn like FRCs and stuff, you have to practice those and figure out where you should use them.

The biggest thing in Guilty Gear is experience though, every matchup and random players play different, so you have to be able to adjust on the fly. It's the hardest part since Guilty Gear doesn't have online play, so you have to deal with Steve. >_>

Looks like the forum haven't changed yet. I wonder what are you guys power levels? I don't sense that it's pretty weak or you need exercise. I could say the same for myself. Anyway guys updates on my gaming skills. I know who cares right. Competitive games {most interested} TvC: UaS main Zero/Ryu {ryu for now I'm still working out with a better teammate} BB:CS main/Bang{Yes I don't play low tier anymore} sec/hazama GGXXAC: main/Chipp Sec: Johnny{possibly in the future unsure, but I'm very interested in the character} Tekken 6: Raven Well I my Chipp still need alot of work. Mix-up, more effective combos, I need more control with chipp. I notice that I like to put pressure on the opponent. Character like Chipp, Zero, Kouma, and Bang. I think these character suit me very well. I like speed, mix-ups, zoning, rush down,and pressure type characters. I like to play a mind game with my opponents now. I just need more skill and experience for my mind game development. Less interested games MvC 2: Team Clockw0rK MBAA: Kouma; maybe Nero Lately I haven't I been training. i guess I'm on break now. I'm studing more on my art work, learn chinese {I was trying to learn japanese but it so many mandarin speakers here so I switch}, I'm still looking for a job. I'm trying to fight against my sleeping, and more studing and training. Also I'm trying to learn to improve my learning abilities. Like learning something new. I'm guess trying to improve all my abilities. Which is good, but i need to relax and let it go but for some reason I want let myself do that. Well guys I hope we meet again someday in a tournament. Hey guys, sorry to intrude on your thread, but I thought I'd formally invite y'all to come out to a tournament we're holding in Little Rock, AR on April 3rd. We're trying to build a scene in AR and the surrounding states. We aren't for sure holding a Guilty Gear or BlazBlue tournament, but if there's enough interest, then we for sure will.
