Nothing much, really, that's why I'm adding a if whenever I'm making speculation about it.

Terumi was talking about the lost Embryo (Only Touya, Kuon, Sechs, Mei, Es, Unomaru should know that it was finished and disappeared).

Unomaru was the one who made the Prime Field and thus should be able to provide Relius with data about them (While it is believed that Relius made the 0th prime field, the truth about it is not known).

Unomaru was successful with creating a imitation crystal (could have been the Azure Grimoire).

He is an asshole, look down on the prime field as they where only dolls. Refers even Hinata as "it" during the bad ending.

Black Beast= Born when the fusion between a Murakumo Unit and Azure Grimoire fails.

Azrue Grimoire: Also known as the Original Grimoire. An imitation of BlazBlue. It's purpose is to temper a power to combat the Master Unit. Ragna's grimoire is his right arm which is the corpse of the Black Beast. It's broken and is always draining life-force. Ragna went trough a lot of training with Jubei to prevent it from draining as much as possible.

Your right Souls in BlazBlue are serious buisness and Hinata was a half finished Artifcial being so it seems she sents her feeling to Es in completing her and the Embryo.

Is that "black beast-like tree structure" from Hinata's ending ever explained? or is it just shrouded in mystery?

I know that is may sound outlandish but....I believe the next game Azrael is gonna break out of prison again or at least I believe Kokonoe is going to use him. I think that is Ragna turns into the Black beast again or gets close to it then Azrael may be one of the only few if not the only one capable of withstanding it power. I mean think about it for a bit. He wants a challenge and he never truly uses his power to its full extent so what better way than to use him in this way. Sad fact is they may kill him off by Izanami though if the above mentioned were to happen.

Actually... I thought the same but in a different way:

Izanami frees Azrael from his imprisonment and frees him from his seal, letting him go loose so he can go fight against the "Qualified Ones" and kill them.

If so, then perhaps it is possible that Noel possesses the best "something," which is why Saya communicates best through her. So then, it's as if she's trying to find various ways—including her own body (hindered because of Izanami)—to call out to others, especially Ragna. This could mean that she'll play a pivotal role in defeating Izanami, either by fighting Izanami internally or by providing hints as to how to ultimately defeat her.

Note: That "something" I mentioned refers to whatever qualities the clones (λ, μ, and ν) possess that resembles Saya's original self.

To me it looks like Touya is starting to turn into a black beast. Look at the eyes on it, it's the same as on the Black Beast, and the Black Crystal in the middle is the Grimoire.

I would guess there is two way's Touya's grimoire can go berserk, either he turn's into that when he overuse the Grimoire (he started to look like that since he didn't stop draining seithr from the crystals that Unomaru had collected) or he turns into the Beast by not having the right mind set for the Grimoire.

Ah, well I guess those are the only viable outcomes at this point, but I'm really hoping that it turns out to be number 1. Number 2 would likely just add too much confusion to an already confusing subplot of time paradoxes. Either way could work, though, I guess...

I said this before but... if you look at Nu => Lambda theory, Saya => Noel theory can happen in a way.
