As I continue to play, I've learned that taking netplay seriously is a joke.

I've noticed plenty of Terumis starting off the match with 6Cs these days.

We still need to play and scrub out.

And if you block it or make it whiff, you get a full punish. In any case, netplay is a great place to find match-up experience, you just need to know who to look for. Over half of my match-up experience comes from netplay.

GGs Errol. Stick's doing fine. Using Jin, because I sorta wanted to try someone different while using stick... Though I'm having a lot of trouble getting a lot of stuff out with him on stick. Double taps like 22C and dashes are killing me.

Overall, though, I'm doing a lot better with stick than I was.

22C is so easy on stick. how are you holding it. I just tap down twice basically with my fingers. the only way I can think of it being hard is if you don't adjust your hand based on what motion you need to do. like wineglass or something.

he's doing better with stick than he was doing with stick the last time we played. it's not a quick route to getting better. and overall questionable, as it is really very different and hard to call.

and hitbox is something else entirely, and probably kinda dependent on the character you are playing. Because without being able to shortcut big motions that shit is probably pretty annoying to do. like if you have to do half circles a lot, but I dunno.

I need a hitbox for blocking really, I can't hold 4 without jumping, be it on stick or pad -_- when I'm tryin to block an overhead that has air unblockable properties... its aggrivating. My grab teching issue should come with time on anything I can keep my whole hand on. Yeah relius has frequent use of half circles, but I'll adapt since I suck as it is xD

For the most part, I use a wineglass variation, the shaft being between my ring and pinky fingers. It might just be being used to pad, but double taps just feel real unnatural and a bit hard to get out at times. I'm still experimenting with grips, but it's the one I can say feels most "comfortable." Outside of grips, I keep hitting ABC and missing the D, so I get an RC instead of OD cancel, which makes me real sad.
