It should come as no surprise to anyone that I'll be playing Vatista and Hilda. Perhaps chaos. This game is interesting enough to have multiple subs though.

 

I think it'll be really fun honestly. I saw some Eltnum footage that literally made me think "Why is this game not in my life?"

 

Wanna play BB later TD? I really need some Rachel matchup experience...especially with Litchi. Also seeing a good Rachel somewhere outside of youtube may inspire me to actually learn CP Rachel beyond basic high-low...

 

BB is starting to get stale to me...the only thing that I can think of doing at this point is learning 1.1 Litchi tech (BB forums kinda dry for Litchi these days) or learning Rachel and Koko legit. Shoot I almost considered even picking up Izayoi to keep things fresh.

Online color totally matters and isn't completely irrelevant.

it isn't 100% accurate and it isn't 100% inaccurate either. that time you beat a pink and that time you got bopped by a dark green aren't the whole story

Getting Pink makes you feel like you're not "total" ass at the game but that's really it, that and either you'll get pinks who are like "oh this guy is good" or pinks that'll be "I don't wanna lose mine".

It's a weird dynamic that doesn't really make sense.

I keep hearing talk about UNIB, but I never quite saw it before.

it means exactly what it means.. it means you beat someone of a lower color and haven't yet lost a bunch to someone of the same color. It's not unusual for strong players to not be pink, because strong players aren't going to dodge because of color. and Some people get pink and then dodge 100%. it is very easy to cheat the system...

 

But when I play against a Dark green, Dark Blue, Green, I know what I'm in for. Anything else is ok.

Treat everyone like a Pink. If you want a rough idea of the guy/gal's skill level, check his amount of played matches.

Why would I do that when 97% of the time green/darkgreen/dark blue correlates to not being worth the time to even check # of matches.

I'll play any color but yea I'm usually wary of Dark Green/Blue because you have to lose A LOT to get to those colors (especially dark blue). Not that the players are bad, but they probably just dont have a very good understanding of the game. Usually. I'll play them a couple games not to be an asshole and one and done them

Question though, albiet one maybe more suited for the Jin forums. What are probably 3 of the best ones that are usually online?

I wanna see what they do compared to mine, maybe incorporate a few more things into my game plan.

Yea. But I wouldn't be on until Tuesday night, which is probably way too late for you. I also have next to no Koko experience.

 

Yeah its fun playing against a nu that knows what he is doing. I mean i shouldn't be saying this to discourage other nu players but its just boring when people flail around with nu.

If they come to your cab then they are right at the top.

I almost never stay on a cab for more than 2 matches and I usually join other people's cabs.
