OneSanitarium Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 I don't think you can grab bursts with command grabs, at least not the start up. Will probably need to block it/make it whiff before doing it.

I don't know if the bug was that you didn't animate with Pot or that you were sucked into it, but if you bursted Air Pot Buster, you'd finish your burst animation while he flew to the top of the screen, then warp into his hands as he landed and get hit by it anyway. So, what does everyone think of I-No's new theme?
OneSanitarium Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 I think that was just a bug where the j.FB PB went active the same frame the burst started, since it would whiff during startup. Both Anji's and Pot's AA grabs whiff at all points during gold bursts and during startup of blue bursts, though of course since you are hitable during the fall of blue bursts, you can be grabbed there.

Also sad to see Sol's 2D go under HCL at point blank again, but it was sort of dumb that it hit that low to the ground to begin with in +R. I'd be happy if it didn't whiff against people while they're crouch blocking. If I can combo off of reversal VCL to beat lows without spending meter it'll be worth it. So, I'm wondering if: A) Do projectiles still move during Overdrive/IK-Activation screen freeze? B) Does IK-Activation have any recovery when it screen freezes because you have 50% and the other guy is in Hellfire? Cause if IK-Activation is totally safe time stop, I know what I'm going to use on oki against characters with DPs. Anyone know if I-No's IK still has invul?

Fewer people willing to go completely above and beyond. edit: I guess I can make a halfassed one soon. I just want enough different videos and actual matches for it to not be completely empty or whatever.

Even though I know some people have an execution fetish, it is nice they're trying to make the game more accessible. (Though I won't deny I did like the feeling when I did finally learn how to do something like jump install or an frc.)
