Jehudy Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 This suit is brain-dead tier. Just saiyin. o3o Lol, yes. I play this suit and its a lot of just fire-and-forget. The only things that require some thoughts are his gero and the BC chain-mine. I have to disagree with your assessment of AB. Since it has a gap between when it fires and when you deployed it, it has potential for oki. You have to note that track doesn't begin when you deployed the launcher, it starts when the missiles fire. Also the tracking distance is not the distance between you and the enemy, it's your LAUNCHER and the enemy. So what you can do is fire it and then back out and it'll still track. On a side note, funny read, but try to keep the info concise. Advise and commentary could probably come after the statistical info, not all together in a blob.
qwerty Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 If Gundam were a 1v1 game, GP03 would probably be A/S tier. In theory, his only real weakness is that he dies in two combos. In practice, however, GP03 is kind of a needy suit. To play GP03 to its fullest, you need to be paired with a well rounded suit. Kind of an extreme example, but GP03 + Epyon is a mediocre team; even if the Epyon player is good, he will get hit eventually. And you'll be on the other side of the stage, being GP03, and Epyon will just have to hold that. Pair GP03 with a suit that can hold its own in more situations, and things change. You can play the support role your suit's intended to without always having to worry about cutting your teammate. Also, is it just me, or do the BR rockets have insane tracking?

Sabator Posted March 7, 2014 Author Posted March 7, 2014 I went ahead and put in a basic movelist as a starting point for whoever wants to take care of this thread.
WindmanV3 Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 I don't really play this suit, nor am I planning to play it in the future, but if people are fine with it, I'll post some more details on GP03's weapons and stuff.
WindmanV3 Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 (edited) Move List[A] Folding BazookaAmmo: 10 Damage: 1 hit = 76, 2 hits = 128 Reload: 6 seconds[AB] Micro MissilesAmmo: 2 Damage: First hit does 75. Other shots do a bit less Reload: 10 seconds[4/6AB] Micro MissilesAmmo: 2 Damage: I got 136 myself, not sure what you'd normally get? Reload: 10 seconds- I found out this move just loves to go OVER the opponent. Like, I was pretty close to the dummy, but my shots just went completely past him.[AC] "Special Beam" Mega CannonAmmo: 1 Damage: 229 Reload: ~18-19 seconds[bC] Destruction ChainAmmo: 2 Damage: 40 *I got 40 off of this, but then the second time I used this it did 72. Probably depends on the distance you use this move from? Also, this move can be angled by holding a direction while pressing BC.Reload: 15 seconds[ABC] Giant Mega Cannon(??)Assault: 296 Blast: 291GP03 will knock the opponent WAY up in the sky, then shoots a beam from his gun the size of a...a....well, it's a GIGANTIC gun. Looks pretty cool. Potential cancel routes? A > AB A > BC AB > BC Edited March 7, 2014 by WindmanV3

Pretty funny the random partner i was with used X3 or Epyon with me, i can tell with Epyon is very risky, i presume is with every Melee mobile suit?
