I haven't checked the other schemes in a while, but the chat has issues with some of the color schemes. A few of the palettes have almost unreadable chat text. I'll edit this post with examples when I get home but I didn't see it mentioned so I thought I'd call attention to it. Apologies if this was already fixed and I'm just too lazy to look and see.

For the record, I'm having a similar problem with some forum posts. Sometimes the text blends with the background, and sometimes it gets highlighted for no reason. I assume it's because people paste it from different sources and the posting interface retains some formatting.

For example, this is how this post looks like on the Tager palette:

that seems to be the user specifically using the color grey, which blends into tager theme. i don't think i can do anything about that unless i disable colors for everyone.

I've seen that happening pretty randomly with some posts here and there, so I don't think it's due to the users formatting their posts by themselves. Then again, it never happened to my posts, so I can't be sure it's not intentional, yeah.

in the example you linked, the user set the color of the text to grey (#333333).

Another example of the same problem here, and this time, I asked the original poster whether or not it's intentional.

uhh nope, the post is normal for me. perhaps browser issue? im using chrome.

That said, it really might be a browser issue (I'm using Opera 12.10), but quoting the post still gives me the tags, which implies that it's universal across all browsers.

when i look at the tags for those posts, i see it specifically setting the font and color. maybe it's the forum software trying to be "smart" with copy-paste and bringing in style stuff? i don't see any option to turn this off unfortunately.

you can click the top left button in the text editor (the one that looks like a lightswitch) in order to see everything with all the tags
