If it's about the combo 0 uses after Enma Ialready figured it out. Hit jC as late as possible and as for the land 2C, hold 2C so that it has a better chance of coming out immediately upon landing. Heck infact, for the sjc j2C ad j2C, the hold button feature eases up the timing noticeably.
