ah3 sucks imo I feel more hype when I play ah1 than ah3. actually as ah versions went on, it got less and less hype because the system mechanics/combos got easier and easier/dumber and dumber.

i know about that combo, theres also another one with a total of 6 levels of super. I never said felicia can't do damage, anyone can do damage with level 3 supers, but sentinel does the same damage without supers though, thats my point. (in fact, those are the combos im doing on hermes minus the level 3 super because i never have it lol) and 2 hit super armor anti air/pokes are too much for me lol

sentinel does 80% without a bar... whats your point? and hulk's B&B without meter does more damage than my hype cat combos

I like the auto-pilotness of this game. my whole night from playing with hermes. I don't react. I just do. just do it ninjas

I dont think I can take this game seriously. Hermes game plan as the night went on (and I started doing real combos since I'm more comfortable with them later on) became charging meter with his first 2 characters, XFCing when sentinel gets in, then proceed to rape me in 5 hits (i use all the lowest health chars in the game). If i don't die in 5 hits, he will chip me to death with sent's super =\ XFactor's comeback potential is too fucking broken, and sentinel with it doesn't make it any better. What kind of character has an anti air, that has 2 his of super armor and does 60% damage without actually knowing the combo? At the same time, this character has a poke with 2 hits of super armor that also goes into 60% without knowing the actual combo. fuck sent =\ We'll see as time goes on. why do you make a post about playing to win, then make a post about playing a character you like? play sentinel, dante, and <insert top tier>. I don't think Zero is top tier. But i must say, the game so far at least combo wise (all im doing) is pretty fun. And Arthur is troll as hell lol

depends if you're playing to win or just playing to have fun. for me, i'm just playing to have fun, so i pick individual characters without caring whether the team will turn out nice. I doubt I'd be joining any MVC3 tourneys, just playing casuals is good enough for me. Unless I happen to casually beast and MVC3 becomes free money of course. But i doubt that'd happen. And yes, this game is more fun than AH3. At least I'm spending 10 minutes to do the mission mode combos instead of looking on the wiki, find the combo, do it, and it does 80% life. I'm still so disappointed about AH3.

I must say, I am infinitely confused by this statement If I'm not activating in the beginning... nor in the middle... when the hell do I activate? I mean it would be pretty cool if I can confirm that I didn't drop my combo before I activate and their lifebar magically loses another 100% of my last combo damage... actually that sounds like what current games would do, its easy when you know right? Actually I kinda like that idea lol, oh my combo didn't kill u, BAM U DEAD NOW NINJA. But anyway, what does that have to do with me saying Thor does 100% combo off a guard cancel? Unless you're implying that Thor NATURALLY does 100% damage and he used the X-factor just to get out of blockstun to start his combo... that only means everybody will have Thor has their 3rd character lol

except i swear everytime i focus it just ends up with me eating more damage than a combo, because I would focus the first attack, take like 3x the damage, then continue eating the rest of the combo.
