oh, i didn't mention about Dio's "fake mixups" (as I like to call it) with his 6C ender into another 6C/low... which everybody knows about by now and just lets him follow up after the 6C and recover midway through that combo lol. It was very entertaining

were you watching the stream? It was just too awesome. You see Carls like eesuke doing 7k from a 3c at the start of the game against noel and then proceed to lose the round coz he cant get a single hit afterwards. Then you see Dio who did not do a single combo over 3k but he actually wins (some). I think the most damage Dio did was off a jB FC. He did tick throw with N-O-C and still couldn't follow up with a combo lol. Then he proceeded to lose that round because he got timed out since he dropped that combo haha. Oh Dio Didn't get to see a single souji/kyaku game before they were kicked off, fml =(

uh no, that would be eddie. practice mixup->combo->unblockable->combo->run until bar refills->repeat Then you will be unbeatable by people your level and your whole post shows how much u know about people and their characters. NOTHING.

I only need to become Dio to be #1 in this community...

i can completely relate! Also, a game which has option selects that is FREQUENTLY used in high level play also gives a bad impression to me. I mean like, if you read your opponent well and do the appropriate move to counter his option, I have respect for that. If you're just using option select for everything so that it shuts off that option for your opponent yet keeping yourself safe, I find that kinda bs. That said I never played the game long enough till option selects were discovered, but I'm hearing some very broken stuff about it. btw, whole community knows i hate sf4 to the max lol

yea its more of a punishment sorta thing... jump the 720 and do a reverse 5.9k on tager instead?! oh yeaaaaaa. edit: oh man, i was trying out that combo for like 30 minutes and there was all sorts of fail. Only tried getting the first part down as the rest are like any other combo sorta... jB FC, summon, iad j2c allecan, 5c, brio, vivace, sjc jB allegretto 8d Heres all the fails i got. 1. If i did the summon too early (jB 22D instantly when jB hits), Nirvana is too far away for Brio to hit as she teleports halfway through Carl's iad 2. If i did the summon too late (jB, land, 22d, iad), Nirvana hasn't recovered from the teleport for 5C Brio to hit. 3. I had all sorts of fail trying to do 5C brio because im an execution scrub, kept on getting 6C. If i left too much of a delay they tech. 4. 5C 623]D[ 236A (executed that way) is too slow for superjump B to connect afterwards. You need to do 5C 6236]D[ A which was hard on my fingers/hands 5. superjump jB whiffs because brio knocked them too high or the initial j2C was done when they are too high 6. Sometimes allegretto -> 8D is techable, probably because nirvana was badly positioned starting from the beginning yea =( IMO, not a confirmable combo.

I think its more of a jB 22D iad looking at the timing but im not sure. The only thing I don't like about that combo is the fact that I never really have Nirvana sitting around doing nothing (free to summon) whenever I'm actually jumping in, but thats just me. Awesome combo though.
