yup. I hope nothing gets changed for Carl. If they played with j2c cross over or 3c's untechable time, we're done. Its like playing CT carl with even less options. I wouldn't mind if they prorated j2c,3c, and throw as starters a bit more though, those hits seems to do a healthy 5.5-6k with super which is kinda ridiculous... assuming you can do the full combo that is... which i can't T^T... jB fatal also does too much damage (i've once reached 3.8k with just carl alone lol) so they can prorate that a bit too. Change proration, don't change any moves, life is good... A better 6A would just be a dream.

wait, i loved curse on block, because thats my main method of getting curse lol. I mean like, for players like kousaka, curse on block means nothing because he rarely uses it. I don't know if damage decrease is justified. Its very hard to get curse against people who know the matchup well imo... a lot of times its like, get raped whole game, finally get the curse, and then 1hit ko comeback. hes like the CT carl except worse
