I just got destroyed whereas my Mitsuru match I got down to 1 - 1 final round. I don't know how to deal with "real" Kanji pressure. After his 2C? (persona move that pulls you in with a hand or something) he has some mix-up that I have no answers to yet.

It seems the more you keep winning at lower levels the more you keep getting 5 or more PSR per win. Currently I am getting the +2's on average now so I'm probably hitting that wall now. Got a couple of +12 PSR against Banana Ken when I was A+. I think higher rank also affects PSR gains.

GGs from last night. Reached S+ 790 PSR or something @ level 34 playing 100 ish matches I think. Planning to hit 800 and then go in hard on player matches. Need more Kanji practice since I have never won them legit (IK lol). Sometime tonight someone play me (especially Kanjis). @Aki-: Yeah that match-up is butt for Akihiko. Only thing keeping it from being truly one-sided is his damage. Two good combos is all it takes to get rid of Yukiko. Of course the root of the problem is getting in on her in the first place.

Match-ups are simpler in this game for me. Sometimes you just guessed wrong which is really easy to do in a fast game like this.

I find myself saving my Burst for OMB combos. You have to deal as much damage as you can before you have to play the "swat the fly" neutral game. j.A is very useful in this matchup (possibly THE poke to use). Don't be afraid to burn meter just to keep pressure on Yosuke. Keeping him still is the next best thing to dealing damage.
