You are basically GFing again when your opponent is falling from the first initial GF. It is done to prevent opponents from jumping out or backdashing, but it will also stuff some attacks as mentioned above, Gaunlet Hades. You can put it this way. If Tager... ... Atomic Coliders... He wins against jump outs and some moves such as Noel's 2D, and Ragna's Gaunlet Hades. But loses if your opponent backdashes, uses any ground attack, or blocks. ... Throws (360A and GETB specifically)... He wins against some backdashes (If throws are held), all ground attacks that are not invincible or if your opponent decides to block. But loses to jump out/jump attacks, some backdashes, and DPs. ... Attacks (5A, 5B, 5C, 2C are some options)... He wins against some attacks, jump outs, and backdashes. But loses to some normals, some jump outs, some backdashes, definitely to DPs, or if they decide to block. This will vary though (ex. if Tager does 5C to bait backdash, he can still get hit out if the opponent uses a faster normal than him. It kinda gets messy here and requires super yomi.). ... GFs... He wins against jump out (Except against Lambda as mentioned by MikeZ), backdashes, and airborne attacks. But loses if your opponent does any ground attack. In the event GF is successful, you can RC and go for a combo for a little gain. Even if GF whiffs your opponent's backdash, it will still allow you to buffer 720 and send them to hell since GF will pull them back. You really are bettering your chances at a successful oki. There are risks involved, but when you look at the other options there are even more risks.

Just a little note: Tager can Gadget Finger her off A buster.

Post away at your findings. I have only played this match a few times and will figure out more stuff. At the moment, this feels like an even match for Noel maybe better!!! It seems Noels rush down style is very good against Moooo, who is reliant on strategic setups. Noel's normals crush Moooo's. Her only way out of Noel's pressure is IB DP Don't rushing at her once she has a few Steins out.

Might as well get things going here. With the aid of a friend, I was able to get a few good hours playing against Mu with Tager. I found this match not much different than fighting Nu or Lambchops. Mu will play hit and run most of the time, and pretty much try and zone you to death. It is easier to get in on her compared to the other two, her projectiles do not have a high low hit property, and she doesn't do as much damage... for now maybe. However, once she gets a good knockdown, she can lock you down very well with properly placed steins and is free to mix you up (Think of it as Litchi staff, or Aegis Reflector). I can say with confidence that this match is not in Tager's favor. But not as bad as Lambchops. Some notes: - Her normal lasers go away when you hit her. They have very little stun. You have to watch out for her command version which she shoots out from her back. Those have more stun and semi EX Beast properties. - Her DP is too active and invincible for Tager to A Buster or 720 through. It won't work like it may have against say Jin's Fubukis or Rehhyou, which are only active for a few frames. You can back dash it with relative ease, but like many DPs, just block and punish. - Free 720 and maybe B buster if you block her 2 hit overhead. - Spark Bolt goes though one of her projectiles except for her Multiple Laser Distortion Drive, where the tables turn and the lasers go through YOUR Spark Bolt! (Unsure what happens against a single laser) Although, she is not invincible after the super flash and you can A Buster her out of it. - Block her lasers! Please! Once she fires her command laser she is free to do whatever she wants which may include hitting you out of sledge. - Keep track of her steins. If she fires her command laser, it will come back and stab you in the back. Even if you hit her while the laser is out! - Her 6C (I think it is her 6C (the horizontal stab)) is the only one that is sledgable out of her normals.

I am one of the guys from the PNW who is bringing a copy of BBCS (PS3). I will also bring my Japanese PS2 and a copy of Guilty Gear Accent Core Plus. I have to check up on the schedules though, since my PS2 may be used for the MBAA tournament. If not, then it is all gears.
