This fighter is "Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax", it would only take characters from light novels (no manga) published by ASCII Media Works under the "Dengeki Bunko" label. Full Metal Panic belongs to the "Fantasia Bunko" label published by Fujimi Shobo. Strike Witches belongs to the "Sneaker Bunko" label published by Kadokawa Shoten. Neither of them are going to be in this game, even if Fujimi Shobo and ASCII Media Works do happen to both be owned by Kadokawa Shoten.

Well, they went with a pun: 雄っぱい (oppai). Basically a combination of 雄 (osu) meaning "male (animal)" and おっぱい (oppai) meaning breasts. I suppose from that, the oppai in this case means "manly pecs".

Nah, I'm pretty sure it's neither. It's also too soon for a Danganronpa anime dub since there's no way it's getting on TV and you've got that whole thing where North American BD/DVD releases have to start a minimum of 6 months after the Japanese BD/DVD releases end. Uh... No? Licenses for streaming are separate based on country, though it is more than likely FUNi would've only gotten only a license for streaming in North America.

They typically only do a BD/DVD release of a show they simulcast if people actually watch the damn thing on their site.
