  1. Or Score Attack Elizabeth. I'm betting the unannounced boss character is Nu, but a completely different take on Nu. New playstyle, new design, new sprites. Nu's old playstyle would be relegated to Lambda when Lambda and Mu become this game's Kliff and Justice.
  2. I thought we had a separate thread for CP story and that this one was for story from non-game sources.
  3. The original Kunio-kun games was brought to the West as "Renegade", "Super Dodge Ball" and "River City Ransom".
  4. Interesting, didn't really pay much attention before but the icons for character select are placed within a weird semi-circle like thing similar to the character emblems in appearance. And that the positions of Relius, Bullet, Amane, Platinum, Taokaka, Hakumen, Noel, Rachel and Bang seem to be by design while the rest of the characters seem to just be filling space. I'd say that any additional characters would be probably stay within the semi-circle, but there's also that position in between "Random Select" and the timer that seems to be reserved for... something.
  5. Um... Hakumen was trying to reason that a tempered Murakumo would become another Black Beast to Terumi in CS arcade mode right? Hakumen knew that Terumi had evil intentions but he also knew that the Black Beast wasn't one of those intentions as Terumi was all too willing to help kill it even though he was technically ensorcelled into obedience by Nine. He just wanted to know what Terumi's plan was.
  6. Nope. You remember the flashback scene from CS where Terumi was sealing Hakumen and Jubei away in a cauldron and then Jubei used his Sekigan to swap places with Terumi before it was done? It's THAT scene.
  7. Doesn't look like a wolf to me, looks like a nine-tailed fox.
  8. Not City. Cities. Ikaruga is multiple cities. Most of the stages seem to be in the city of Yahiko but the stage Bang and Amane share is a burnt castle stage called "Wadatsumi-jo" and is set in the city of Wadatsumi while the stage Relius and Hazama have ("Grave marker of bases" the Murakumo graveyard stage) is in Ibukido.
  9. Oh yeah. Also, Mori actually brought attention to the fact that 24 new tracks seems too much for only 3 new characters. http://news.dengeki.com/elem/000/000/537/537736/ Oh yeah, there's versus themes for "Both characters are from Sector Seven" and "Both are members of the Six Heroes" characters, it seems.
  10. I don't actually know the answer to this, but that is a good possibility.
  11. A little detail I missed. The 28 rearranged tracks aren't being done by Daisuke, they're being done by Yuhki of the Power Metal band Galneryus.
  12. Phenomena intervention is basically what observers do. Making things exist. Which is why "the Eye" was so valuable, "the Eye" is basically the ultimate observer. The power of order basically lies counter to that. Phenomena intervention allows things to exists provided they are being observed, the power of order denies those things of their existence.
  13. Pretty sure he did mention her by name. Celica was also mentioned by name in Platinum's bad ending. I believe I've already stated I get this info rummaging through the jBBS story threads. Not that I wouldn't mind but import fees are too steep for me to consider buying a book from another country. Nah, she has a different power. The power of order deals with phenomena interventions, Celica's antibody power deals with the control of seithr.
  14. Isn't it mentioned in the games actually? In Valk's story in Extend he talked to Nirvana and mentioned Celica as being Nirvana's previous master. She's also an "antibody" like Jin/Hakumen and was able to escape the Black Beast after being swallowed by it in Phase Shift 3.
  15. I don't really agree with this. I rate Rebellion, Condemnation Wings, Endless Despair and Alexandrite as my TOP BB tunes. I respect your right to an opinion, though. I think half of them are probably things like character select, versus screen and other stuff like that.
  16. Space issues with discs? Lack of marketability in Japan? I dunno.
  17. Oh that. Turns out the surprise guest was our favourite composer Daisuke Ishiwatari. http://www.famitsu.com/news/201209/22021665.html Also interesting fact about the soundtrack, BBCP has a total of 24 brand new tracks and 28 arrangements of old tracks.
  18. Oh okay, I found context. Kokonoe was able to call to Celica because of the Chronophantasma. Yes... because of that. Not only is Celica possibly going to be playable, she's definitely going to be making an appearance in BBCP's story. Someone speculated that this Celica is a replica that split from the original in a Mirror Room scene in Phase Shift 4 or something(similar to a mirror scene Noel had in CT) and not the original who got killed by Terumi, hence it avoids a time paradox (not something that BlazBlue does often, the series is full of time paradoxes, the universe should've blown up by now). To clarify, this is the young Celica (IE Dark War Era) here. Kokonoe didn't resurrect the "old hag" Sister who died seven years ago, she found a sleeping young Celica from 90 years ago and woke her up.
  19. If you really want specifics...
  20. Probably not today, but maybe on the 23rd at the "BBCP Special Talk Show" since there's going to be a special surprise guest at that. Or guests, Japanese has no proper plurals so its hard to tell. Edit: Oops. The guest(s) will also be at the one on the 22nd.
  21. I know Azrael works for Sector Seven, but I'm pretty sure he doesn't work for Kokonoe.
  22. Double post, sorry. Hmm so Phase Shift 4.
  23. You'd be happy to know that's basically ASW's plan for BBCP.
  24. Remix Heart is pretty softcore as far as ecchi goes.
