GG's to everyone that came out tonight! Casuals were fun and everybody got some decent match up experience. I finally got a hold of a PS3 stick and I'm going to grind out on Yu training ASAP. Shoutouts to Sen for the hook up!

This so much. If you can get to the Metra Station downtown and pay 7 bucks for a weekend pass, you're good. Always have a plan via public transport in case "shit happens" because it will. I hope you can make it out but if you can't we'll have to catch up another day Lucien.

It's cool. I'll squeeze in as many games as I can before 10:30 then lol. @Enigmos: I have P4U on the PS3, currently AXIS has my PS3 stick and I'm stuck with a 360 stick until I can get it back from him.

Chicago Union Station is preferred but if I can get to the red line via another station, I am fine with whichever one you are willing to take me to. It's no big deal, I can still leave @ 10:30 if you can't do it.

Today is going to be a good day. Casuals are going to be hype and I'm finally going to be able to play this game on stick! I've had 2 pads with either the choice not controlling my character's movement properly, or get random buttons (ex. press 5B > Get's gold burst... "Yeah..."). I'm gonna be there by 6:30 or 7:00 tonight. @SenXXi if you're going to stay longer than 10:30, if I give you gas money, could you drop me off at the Downtown station? I would like to stay a little longer than usual (Yes, I got paid )

Glad to hear that people are liking the game. I'm hella hyped and I hope a lot of the other players that picked it up stick with it. P4U seems like the game that's unifying a lot of the fighters into playing together, I'm liking that a lot! I've been there before man, in fact I'm there right now! I'm hella short on money. Try playing the game on a PS3 pad... I keep fat fingering the crap out of buttons. I cannot wait to play this game on stick again, seriously...

I've been really busy with school and grinding the game for my upcoming tournament in 2 weeks that I've done little things here and there in the threads, lol. Don't worry, before the weekend is done, everything will be posted in its proper place.

Are you in Awakening Mode? If so, maybe it's your execution you have to work on. I know doing it too early will make it whiff (had it happen to me O.o) but it takes a little bit of practice. Keep at it and you'll get it.

Sounds pretty cool, the changes are going to take some getting used to, I just want to know if there's anything more to him, but that's too much to ask for now lol! Glad we got somebody on the other side to give us feedback.

I did, most of them already had Michigan Masters and a few of them are going to Summer Jam so most of them if not all are coming. I talked to a buddy of mine who might show but time will tell. BTW, I have my copy of P4U, just can't play it until 11PM tonight due to classes @Sen: I'm gonna have to get it from you on Saturday @ Nickel City because my week is full of things to do for school. EDIT: Just found out there are a few who are interested in going. Gonna see who is interested and try to set up arrangements for these guys. If I get paid before the tournament, these guys will be rooming @ my house, if not they may need accomidations if they can come down here.

Welcome Mikey, always glad to see another face to join the community. The first post covers where our meet ups happen and on the 11th and the 18th, we're having 2 big events: Aug 11: First Official Persona Casuals Aug 18: First Chicago Persona Tournament. HeartNana is hosting this. Both are taking place @ Nickel City in Northbrook so if you can make it out, do so. We're trying to make our small community grow as large as it can. @Lucien: I will remember to hit you up with Text, and I'm glad to hear you'll be able to make it out to the events. Can't wait to see you there man.

I'm playing P4U @ casuals right now and OMG The Oki game is much easier than I expected. I was locking the opponent down doing stuff I saw in videos and I haven't been in practice mode! Narukami is da bess! Yes, I will create the Match Up threads tomorrow evening. I wanted to make the threads after the game was released in the US.

Glad to hear you're alive LOL! We've been running things quite smoothly for a good minute too. This is what's going down this month: On August 11th, Nickel City is having it's first Official P4U casuals, usual start time of 7:30PM. We've got a tournament happening on the 18th, Heart Nana is hosting a tournament with P4U as the main event. I know you're trying to finish driving school so if you can't come out to Nickel City on the 18th, I understand but it would be cool to play you again. BB will be played (that is if you have interest in the game anymore) and so will everything else. If you can show up tp either of these events, that would be cool.

Well, they way that they're using it is similar to how X-Factor works by what we hear but I'm sure it's not going to be as bad as X-Factor. For some, it unlocks a new mode (Ragna = Blood Kain; Bang = FRKZ, Jin = Yukianesa Mode) and it's only available when the gauge is full, so it's not going to be a Rebel One, ACTION > Activate Overdrive from what I'm getting from this. Honestly, I was against it at first but after discussing what could come of this, it could be good for the game. But let's not kill the hype for it, we have yet to see it in action.
